Lovely caring staff! They are all great but oneperson in particular, Toni Noble, was the best.She went above and beyond to help me toretrieve my homeless brothers ashes from aKamloops cemetery. He was passed a yearand a half before I knew and I had to call theRCMP to find out. The ministry wouldn'trelease him to me as they said he had nofamily. I had to jump through hoops to provewas his sister and Toni went the extra mileswhile I cried in frustration, got furious with theministry... She kept me grounded. Took care of all needed phone calls and paperwork.It was an extremely horrible situation I wasfaced with and I felt hopeless and helpless. Iwas against a brick wall.Thank you Toni, so very much for everythingyou did. You made the whole process muchfaster and more bearable to deal with. If itwasn't for you I would have been much moreof a basket case than I was. Dealing with theloss of a loved one is tragically heartbreaking.You made me feel comfortable and trusting inyou.100% recommended

Incredibly professional, thoughtful, and detail oriented service. Dan was beyond patient; he listened to and made every effort to fulfill the many requests we had. In this sad time, he was able to lighten our burden and we had a lovely and healing experience to say goodbye to our loved one. I can't say enough good things to recommend Dan and Only Cremations.

My beginning experience I’ll be honest was not the best, I had 1 worker that wasn’t the nicest, and I feel like didn’t care to talk with me or my family after my dads tragic passing.Dan however changed the whole experience and worked his hardest to make it positive in the end. He not only dropped my dads ashes off to me himself, but gave me some of the closure I needed to hear

Dan was great to deal with. I expected the experience to be much more labor I intensive, but Only Cremations did everything including delivering my mom's ashes right to my home. Would highly recommend these good people for anyone having to deal with the unfortunate circumstance of a loved ones passing.

Expert, efficient, compassionate service, all at a reasonable price. I was able to pick up my loved one's ashes and death certificates seven days after all pertinent information had been given via a zoom call. I also found the AfterCare Checklist they provided to be very helpful. Highly recommended.

I would like to thank Toni and the staff at only cremation for helping me navigate through this difficult time. Toni was quick to help get everything taken care of and answered all of our questions. We are extremely pleased with the service Toni provided us and will be recommending only cremation to our family for future use.
