Bought a 5x8 Utility trailer from Sandro and I am every happy with it. It's heavy duty, has proper high sides, large wheels, made like a trailer should be made - strong. Sandro customized the colour and added extra tie downs just as I requested. It's a really well executed design that I'm very happy with and I highly recommend Cramero. I have no issues with the powder coating as mentioned by others it is holding up very well.

I needed a rusted trailer hitch repaired after making a bad purchase. Sandro and his crew not only made a fantastic repair, he took my trailer in, repaired it and had it completed in five hours. He had to replace the complete front of the trailer with new parts and he showed me the damaged sections before proceeding.IHonestly believe Sandro is a master craftsman in his trade and a gentleman in his manner.Anyone reading this take the negative reviews with a grain of salt as I did.I couldn’t be happier with the way I was treated and the end result!

Shady customer service and a crook. Had Sandro do work on my trailer a couple years ago. Completely ripped me off and he accepted cash only (tax evasion). He was telling me how he has helped run so many big trailer companies, but than had to tell me that they had to watch YouTube videos on how to add a second axle to my trailer and new double wheel fenders. He used the cheapest of cheap parts, my brake rotors where out of round so my trailer would not function properly to stop. I added the second axle to be able to carry my tools around and to have my trailer annually commercial sticker. Once he was done the work after running the project 2 weeks longer than he quoted. I was than told I had to take the trailer back to the original manufacturer to have it inspected and a new serial number put on it. After I did the 8 hour round trip, he than charged me another $360 for my commercial sticker because the trailer had left his property (again he wanted cash only which I pulled from the atm of the gas station he works out of). I returned 5 times to him over issues like how my wires were just twisted together (not even electrical taped) instead of any other proper connection. My brakes wouldn’t work, I could have my brake controller turned all the way up and they still would not function. He tried blaming my 3 year old truck for a bad connection. I took the trailer to Paul and sons on highway 56 and they had to redo absolutely everything that this con artist had touched. I HIGHLY recommend using absolutely anybody over cramero trailers!Other local trailer company’s are;Trailer worldPaul and sons trailersMiskaNandos trailer factoryKangaroo trailersAnd so many more, more qualified trailer companies that you can find with just a quick google search

Sandro when I dealt with was very knowledgeable and experienced. Nice, honest and allowed ample time to understand exactly what I needed and completed all fabrication on time. This is the second trailer I got from him over the past 4 years. I went size up with a dump trailer. I was very satisfied with the previous trailer and this new one seems as good built, and finished.Highly recommend this manufacturer and pay attention to what he advises you.Keep up the good work dear Sandro.

I've owned some pretty hot cars, but I've gotten way more looks and complements on this trailer if you can believe it. Bought a 6x12 dump trailer and it is absolutely awesome. The workmanship and attention to detail is by far better than any of the high volume dealers. This thing is a tank and it was well worth the wait for it to be custom made. Highly recommend Sandro and Cramero trailers if you want a top quality trailer that will last. Only issue is that it took a little longer than expected, but in the end I'm very glad I went with Cramero. Thanks Sandro!

We bought the 5x10 executive series trailer 3 years ago. I think it’s one of the best designed trailers out there. It’s very versatile. However. It rusted out after about 1 1/2 years. The owner will tell you that it needs to be undercoated. There is no way undercoating it would have helped. I want to buy another one but this time the galvanized version. Can anyone out there tell me if this is any better?

I purchased a Executive Series 5x10 trailer in May of 2018. Firstly, Sandro is a old school business man and a great fabricator - my kind of person. So my trailer is almost 4 yrs old and just as good as the day I purchased. All welds are good and rust is minimal if ANY. Now potential buyers, it's a steel trailer, steel rusts, aluminum does not rust. Choose trailer material appropriately and know what your expectations are. I usually buy 2 cans of KROWN oil spray per year and spray seams and welds. $24 investment will make a huge difference. The decking material shrunk in width over the first 2 yrs as all wood does. Just change out a 2x6 to a 2x8 and it's perfect. I have hauled furniture, garbage, topsoil and clear stone with ease. I have loaned it out and it has performed very well. One minor issue, the cross support channels under the decking have the open channel facing up which is great to run the wiring in. However when the decking boards shrunk (nature's fault not Sandros) the channels then get water, stone, or topsoil in them, whatever filters through the gaps in the wood. So I drilled a hole in each channel 1/4 diameter to allow water to drain and then cleaned out debris (rust spray the channels) and made some covers for the channels out of a roll of leftover aluminum. A small fix and something to do on the weekend.Honestly

Had Sandro make me a trailer in 2016 and after a year it started to rust. Horrible paint job, the entire trailer has rusted out and paint flakes off in huge chunks. Rusted so much the sticker he used for the VIN and weight specs came off when it rusted out. I am currently in process trying to repaint it. Hardware to secure boards to trailer are junk, rusted out can’t remove them. I have friends that have trailers that are twice as old and pretty much no rust on them. Don’t even waste your time with a Cramero Trailer, spend extra money for a better name brand product. The trailer looked good when it was brand new but looks are deceiving!!

I brought my trailer into Cramero Trailers.I had some issues with the rear tail light.Sandro the owner fixed it by replacing all of the trailer lights and providing me with a new trailer hitch electrical connection. He did it while I waited. He was pleasant and his trouble shooting skills were very thorough.Bye the way, he did it free of charge since we've been working together for a couple of years now.Sandro is great and his trailer product is exceptional. For what you get including the service and the price their trailers are sold for, I would recommend Cramero Trailers to anyone. I say that with sincere generosity as a friend. As a consumer 5 stars all the way.Go buy the Executive Trailer from Cramero Trailers located in Ancaster.Worth the drive and every penny!

Bought a 5x10 executive series trailer over the phone from Sandro after seeing his add on kijiji. Great price compared to other trailer places. Trailer was ready in a couple of weeks. Sandro threw in a few upgrades no charge. You can tell by talking to Sandro that he takes pride in his trailers and it shows. The trailer is very tough but at the same time light and easy to pull with your car and move around the driveway by hand. Looks great too.I have not had it that long but I am very impressed so far. You can't go wrong at that price. Sandro even took the trailer to his house so I could pick it up after hrs as I had to work late and could not make it to his shop in time. There's only a $100 deposite when you order so there's not much fear of getting ripped off.Everyone that sees it likes it!I would buy another trailer from Cramero anytime.
