Rosalind Carter was very helpful and provided great customer service. Called before on this location nobody answered or called back. All five stars for her help today and her nice behaviour.

Bad service, 10 min task took over an hour.Please train your staff on your basic products (Bank cards) before starting customer service.

I'm very pleased for receiving the top service from Lisa.

Don't come here if you want to save your time. Only one person at reception, what's the point close the branch.

I like going to the branch because it’s never busy and the customer service is always great and helpful. They get me in and out fast.

Worse service ever this location don't help at all, as a customer who have a business account the worse experience ever, the receptionist doesn't have the proper skill to customer service!!!!!

Ros is incredibly helpful. I had booked a meeting and she ended up being the person I had the meeting with. There was a Client before me that was using the phone and so happened to cut into my meeting, but that wasn’t her fault. To make up for it she ended up coming out and asking for my ID and bank card so she could get a head start on what my meeting was about, so when I did end up coming in, there wasn’t much to do. She was incredibly helpful, patient and very very kind. There was some system issues going on which made making my bank issues I tad big difficult. But no doubt we ended up figuring it out. She went as far as working and sorting everything out, even after I had met with her. Incredibly helpful and really really appreciate it. Best experience I’ve had with any bank

Called the bank to set up an account and after 5 hours no response. What kind of service is that!!! Terrible. How do they ever get customers. Where has the ethics of banking gone

My 5 stars is specifically for Ros (Roslind) that works at this location. She has been the most amazing person to work with over the years. Friendly, knowledgeable and ensures she is getting you the best deals. CIBC is lucky to have her!
