Empire Tattoo

Myself and my cousin went in for a tattoo each. So cute we couldn’t be happier with them. It was her first tattoo and Jonas was absolutely wonderful. Will definitely be back.

I had an amazing experience here yesterday. Morti is lovely and very talented. I am extremely pleased with my tattoo, it's beautiful. I am very grateful to all that work there as I felt extremely comfortable, safe, and heard.

I've had nothing but good experiences at Empire and would highly recommend to any of my friends or family. I went to see Ory about a full sleeve that included covering up 3 older tattoos. He was immediately interested in the vision I had and worked his magic to get me exactly what I had in mind. Everyone there is friendly, skilled and professional. I won't go anywhere else for future tattoo work.

Great shop, clean, friendly staff, you can tell they know what they're doing. Got my existing tattoo color corrected by Ory and he did a fantastic job, can't wait for my next one! Would definitely recommend, they're worth the wait

I had a tattoo done at this studio a few weeks ago, and the work I received is lovely! The reason I am reviewing with 2 out of 5 stars is that the person who did my tattoo (who I do not want to name directly, without their opportunity to dispute my claim after reviewing this), smoked a joint during their break in the midst of our session. I love weed, who doesn't? But I did not find this to be a professional practice during a tattooing session. Thank you kindly for the lovely art done, but I won't be back to this tattoo parlour in the future.

I received my fabulous tattoo from Lee Conklin yesterday for my birthday. I am in love with my new art and feel like he really listened to what story I wanted to convey. Very professional, great music. I felt that he is a very GENUINE person who I felt completely safe with!!

Staff are super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Showed up as a walk-in on a Sunday and Jonas was able to get me and my girlfriend in and tattoo us both. Highly impressed with the quality and price. If you're looking for a quality tattoo in Victoria, I wouldn't bother going anywhere else

We showed up at open on a holiday Monday, group of 6, looking for walk in tattoos.Staff at reception let me know they'd check in with who was handling walk ins that day and let us know what they could do. 10 minutes later, Riana came out and let us know she'd be handling our group. A coworker might come available at some point to help her out, otherwise she'd knock us off one by one.Riana was just top notch. Everyone wanted slightly different styles and she delivered on every tattoo. She took the time to make sure they were done well, and after every one completed she came looking for the next. It occurred to us after having spent the entire day at the shop, that she did not even pause for a break (which we immediately felt terrible for).Shoutout to Morti Leigh and Jonas for jumping in and helping get our group through, also delivering excellent work.10/10 - would recommend this shop for anyone looking for quality tattoos and top notch service.

I came here on a Thursday with two friends, all for walk ins. Everyone we spoke to was fantastic. I was tattooed by Jonas who was talented, speedy, and easy to chat with. My gf’s had their tattoo’s done by Riana and they both had great things to say as well! Thanks guys!

I have heard great things about this shop, which is why I wanted to get the work I wanted done here. I understand the change in how the bookings are done. However, I emailed two artists over a month ago and had not heard anything back until I called the shop. If an artist is unavailable due to Covid or is going on a vacation, that should be communicated with clients who are waiting for a response. The client should not have to call consistently to eventually get these responses. Also, the receptionist was condescending, short, and left me feeling uncomfortable about having any questions at all. Customer service should be important to someone who represents the artists and the shop. Covid is not an excuse to be short with clients. The artists are great, but as a client it’s also important to me how I am treated when choosing to spend my money somewhere.
