ExpensePoint is great! It is easy to use and if you change your processes it is easy to update ExpensePoint. Their team is the best and always there to help. Our employees love this system and it has made keeping track of expenses so much easier. We love our ExpensePoint!

Great software. Easy to implement. Easy to use. Multiple approval levels help our organization manage expenses effectively. The scan feature on the phone app for receipts is a winner. Any questions or out of the box ideas we have had have been handled with excellence by representatives. I recommend ExpensePoint .

We had looked at a variety of expense management solutions and selected Expense Point based on feedback from other users, the demo that showed us it could work for our team and value for the price.our implementation and training was led by Kelly. Working with her was a pleasure. She let us know what was needed, when it was needed and answered all our questions about why it was needed so we were quickly able to get the system ready to go. Training was customized to meet our user needs. And the follow up has helped us tweak the system after we worked through our first month.Users with varying levels of computer comfort have all found Expense Point easy to use. Standard reports have simplified some of our funder reporting requirements. And the customizability of work flows allows us to create different review flows as needed for different departments.

I have been working very closely with Kelly getting our company more familiarized with the ExpensePoint software and she's definitely gone above and beyond with her help. Her knowledge on this program is amazing and it appears that her entire team is on par with that, as well. Wonderful software to organize and report expenses! Overall our experience with ExpensePoint was great. The implementation and training made everything simple for the administration team and the users. Any problem or question that I had was immediately handled. This software was very easy to learn and understand how to use. Overall, it is very simple to customize it to your company's exact requirements. The best part was the ease of use to all of the users, I barely had any questions!

We love ExpensePoint! Expense reports are not fun for anyone or any department but they are necessary. ExpensePoint makes them user-friendly and the admin features allow you to add rules which give users guidance or reminders of policies as they build reports. The app makes on-the-go reports very easy to build. You can snap a pic of the receipt/paperwork and not worry about keeping track of them while traveling. The support team is amazing and goes above and beyond when we have questions.

ExpensePoint - The expense report software to fit your needs!Overview: The experience has been great with ExpensePoint. We've been using the software since 2019. The incentive to switch to ExpensePoint was due to the competitive pricing, friendly platform, and outstanding customer support. As an administrator, I have been pleased using this service to process 30+ reports a month and to handle expense report analysis.Pros: The variety of tabs/menus to easily go from approving reports to editing the expense categories in the Settings Manager. It is a flexible and powerful tool to process expense reports and in turn to analyze them. Helpful & knowledgeable support team that goes above & beyond to handle any questions.Cons: Once the receipt reader feature is activated there is no way to manually override the reader if I want to upload a receipt without having it read". This could be useful to cut out extra steps of isolating the personal expenses when uploading a receipt with personal & business expenses.Looking forward to seeing this product grow!"
