Your truck is doing 20 km/h down highway 7 towards Acton. If he doesn’t feel comfortable driving in the snow then pull over and wait. Had 50+ cars behind him.

I picked shipment up few months ago and everything was perfect, but today one unfriendly and unfair guy from shipping department told me that they have lunch brake and I should wait 45 minutes (until 1PM), but despite that he took truck that arrived 15 minutes after me (at 12:30PM) for loading.

I wish there is 0 star I can use. Worst customer service ever!!! Unprofessional salespeople misled customer and ignored the actual sample we provided, finally sold us something we can not use at all, unbelievable!!! And the very rude Vice President never tried to solve the problem, everything is customer's mistake.Stay away!!!
