It's a gorgeous park area for overlooking the Detroit River, and Fighting Island. There also a boat launch available for those that want to take to the waves.

Love taking my kids to the pool for free swim, they enjoy it, life guards are nice, my youngest whom is four can swim in deep end very well no floating device required and really wants to dive off the board and go on slide but cause of her age she can't even though they can see her swim fine it's my only problem but hey they are doing their job and like I said are very friendly ppl working there,

Clean place to have a picnic. Boat access is easy to navigate. Enough spaces for car an trailer parking. Restroom is clean with an open air feel. Good spot for fishing Blue Gill, Perch and Rock Bass.
