The Pines Dental Office
Had a hairline crack in a front tooth and it finally broke off. I was able to get a same day appt and Dr. Pampena was able to reattach the tooth after explaining my options. I find he's very competent and caring. Mackenzie at the front desk was also very helpful as was Sandra the dental assistant.

The staff is kind and customer service minded. However, the Dr told us during my mom’s second appointment, they do not accept ODSP, (we felt like we were asking for something free or a favor), so we have to start over looking for another clinic for her and the whole family (we are new in Welland).

The Pines team are truly wonderful. From the moment you schedule your appointment onward you feel welcomed and valued. Dr. Pampena takes the time to understand your concerns and to create the best possible plan for you. For me, that has meant correcting the causes of painful headaches and discomfort I've been living with for years. I cannot recommend The Pines highly enough!

The Pines Dental Office is an exceptional clinic. Dr Pampena is very knowledgeable, attentive and kind. I have had both major and minor work completed in the past with great success. The facility is state-of-the-art with the staff being very friendly and accommodating. The Pines Dental can actually make new crowns, along with other solutions, for you right at the office on the very same day...Genius! My 3 year old daughter also enjoys her visits, she looks forward to it. He is great with children. You will be in good hands!!!!

Highly recommend. State of the art facility. Helpful, and dedicated staff. Versatile services for all your needs. They have always taken very good care of my elderly parents with compassion and great care. Plenty of parking and wheelchair friendly and accessible premises.

Had my 16 month old baby girl fall and chip her tooth. Dr Pampena was very gentle with her. Thankfully all turned out to be Okay. All my 3 kids go there. Very happy with the treatment and care at The Pines Dental. The staff is friendly and genuinely caring. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Worst place ever. I lost a filling and was in terrible pain. I couldn’t get past the receptionist who wouldn’t let me see someone urgently. She didn’t talk to or ask a dentist if I could be fit in. She told me I would have to wait three days for an appointment while in pain. I was a regular there but no more. I went somewhere else and was fit in the same day and had my tooth fixed. Obviously they don’t know how to treat people at the pines.

The best dentist I've ever had (I'm retiree). He's always attentive to my needs and problems, his office has modern equipment (including air filters) and lab was chosen well. The staff is professional and courteous (and charming). There is a possibility to use payment plan if you need to.

Dr. Pampena is an extremely insightful and personable dentist. He has resolved a variety of issues for me from fillings to tmj treatments with a high level of detail and care. His staff is incredibly friendly, and my regular hygienist--Ashley--is fantastic, thorough, and very gentile. Best office in Niagara!
