Aclarus Ozone

So my wife and I bought a house late last year and after about a month we started having water issues (smell taste of iron/limestone/sulfur). I tried a number of things such as bleaching the well, changing out the hot water tank, installing carbon filters/UV light in our lines, etc. However, nothing worked and the smells became so bad that my wife and kids refused to shower in our house. We started looking into different options and had a few people come out to give us quote on chlorination units, however there was a lot of pressure tactics and upselling that we didn't like. Further, the more we looked into Chlorine, didn't like the fact that there would still be a chlorine taste, had to spend money monthly/bimonthly on chlorine, and then my wife found out that it is actually a carcinogen... so that was then end of that. My wife then found Aclarus, and man am I glad she did. After talking with Mike and Adam they quickly identified the issues with my well water and described how the Aclarus system would help remove the taste/smell. They gave me a quote and that was it. Didn't try to upsell me, didn't contact me every other day to see if I had made a decision. Was a bit refreshing! Well its been about a month now since we have had the system in - and it has been amazing! No smell, great taste, happy wife and kids! and the best part is - don't have to touch it - it just does its thing.

We have had the Aclarus system for about 9 months now. Our water was very dirty and strong scent. This system has made all the difference to our family. My wife loves take bath in her Ozone water and would not have a house without again. We like the idea of getting bottle quality water out of any tap in the house. Earlier this year I contacted Gordon Buchholz at Aclarus to inquire about ozone water treatment for a well system in Stonyford, California. This was our first experience with well water and my wife was a bit alarmed when the well water was not magically as clean and good tasting as our city tap water.Having grown up with city tap water, I knew nothing about wells, well water or water treatment. We purchased a home in S Bruce Peninsula Nov 2016, never had a private well. We did the water test came back good however there was the water color yellow, and a definite sulfur smell. Clothes washed had stains, toilet always looked dirty to name a few issues. After checking numerous water system we found Aclarus. After many discussions with Adam from Aclarus we ordered our system. It arrived in a few days. We did install ourselves was straight forward and easy to install, customer support was above and beyond all of our expectations. Once the system was completely installed we noticed an immediate change in the clearness and the smell. Laundry no longer had stains or a weird odour. Toilets were crystal clear no staining. Water tests came back great, results were either greatly reduced or some parameters below min detection limits. We are so pleased with our water system and have absolutely no problem recommending this system to anyone with water issues. At last, we have found the perfect water treatment system for our house, the Alclarus ozone water system. For the first time ever, after trying out many systems in the past 30 years, we can now enjoy water of great purity at home.Our well water was very difficult to filter due to high levels of sulfur and tannin. As you can see on the picture, our water is now crystal clear, without any residual smell or bad taste. We can now enjoy and drink the water directly from the tap, no need anymore to buy large quantities of bottled water and enormous amount of salt for the ion exchange tannin filter.Before installing the ozone water treatment system myself, I did compare other systems and did some research. For our problematic water, all other systems (reverse osmosis, chlorine filters, or softener ion exchange) were either way less efficient, costlier or required more expensive and regular maintenance than the Alclarus ozone system.After 3 months of usage, we are very pleased with our decision. I purchased the Aclarus system to use with my home well water to remove tannins. Since installing the unit about 6 weeks ago now the water has been perfectly clear! Gordon has also been great to deal with in all aspects from answering questions before I ordered to a few customer service and technical support questions I had early on in using the system.

We love the water from our Aclarus ozone system. We bought it for our cottage in 2013 and it has given us better water than in the city. We had tannin, bacteria and bad taste from our lake - all fixed with ozone. Much better than the filters and UV light I had before with less effort. Great product and company to deal with. Would recommend highly.

I have had the Aclarus system in my home for about 4 months now. It has performed flawlessly and has exceeded my expectations. Our water was originally a dark yellow color (almost orange) and is now crystal clear. In fact our water is better than the municipal water we had at our previous home.I am also impressed with the service from Aclarus. Adam Doran (The owner) has been available for any question I had and even called me on a Sunday when he knew I would be installing the system to make sure things were going smoothly. (The Aclarus Ozone filter was pretty straight forward to install but the back-washing sand filter we ordered needed to be programmed so I really appreciated his guidance)Overall Im very happy with my purchase. The system requires almost no maintenance and makes my water not only clear but also kills bacteria more efficiently than a UV lamp. (and doesnt require replacement bulbs)My wife likes the peace of mind with knowing that many harmful chemicals are removed as well such as pesticides and fertilizers as well as hormones etcI would recommend this system to anyone not on a municipal water source

Just wanted to share my experience with my Aclarus ozone treatment system. We had issue with sulphur smell of our well water and high magnesium and iron, after some internet research i settled on ozonation to be safest and most desirable solution for me. So I purchased the system June of 2018 and installed it myself on Dec 2018, it took me 4 days to install as DIY. The change in water quality after installation was amazing, for few months we had stuff been purged out of our pluming system and water flow was improving over time. So far I can say I am very happy with water quality and water flow of my system, basically we have bottled water supplying the whole house. You can visibly see the impact on better cleaning result from dishwasher, laundry and in general sinks stay cleaner between cleaning. I strongly recommend this product if you have water quality issues. If I want to say one thing I like to be improved about this is noise of the circulation pump.

We had the aclarus system installed into our new house 3 years ago and have been extremely pleased with our water quality. Our water is consistently clear and has a pleasant taste. We highly recommend using this system to everyone.
