Called for appointment , not till the 20 , was told to go see a dentist for medication,, face looks like a football , so go to a dentist,,,, what kind of shitshow is this place ,,, no wonder our emergency rooms are full of people ,,,, in desperate need of a real doctor . This place is a joke

I have to agree with all the posts about the receptionists. Especially one in particular by the name of Sharon she is very abrupt, rude and dismissive of any facts or details you try to explain. She is outright pernicious when communicating with you. And then has the audacity to say your being rude when your just simply asking questions pertaining to your direct health.Also filed formal complaints and have not received a phone call or email by the director of this department.Only good thing about this office is Dr.Zalters replacement Dr.Haikalis.

i’ve had nothing but a bad experience with Dr Pek and the team here, Kris her receptionist is lovely.First and foremost, i went to see Dr Pek shortly after I had my daughter. She had sent me for a x-ray to ensure there was nothing going on. i left and went on about my day, the doctor calls me to tell me I have a “large” pulmonary embolism in my lung and I have to go to the ER now. So I go to St Joes, thinking I’m going to die because it’s a pretty serious condition. I go for a CT only to be told “there is nothing there.”I let it go because mistakes do happen. We are all human. too bad it didn’t end here.I went to see her about some other issues, she makes condescending commentary about me potentially making up symptoms because of my anxiety. Then says that she will send a referral to an ultrasound. I had to chase my own ultrasound results because the doctors didn’t know where they were !!! Then i’m referred to a surgeon, and i’m told to call back in a few weeks if i don’t hear anything. I wait 8 months and Go in for an issue with vertigo, was told they will resend the referral and finally get a call back?! did they even send it?!?!I was also told my vertigo was something I just have to deal with, but then I go to an ER doctor and they tell me my ears are abnormal. To ask for a Vestibular Therapist Referral, now all the sudden they wanna see me?!I do not understand the blatant disregard for care. Not to mention reception is absolutely callous and rude, I was told today that they only do same day doctor appointments and to call back next week?! But previously, I had no issue.do not recommend. go to a walk in.i’m signing release papers tomorrow. i’m done.

I just had a horrible experience speaking with a receptionist named Sharon. Last week I called the office and was directed to call back this week after being told my current physician no longer works at this practice and will receive information about which new physician I will have and can book then. I am also at the end of in my third trimester. I call back this week and was spoken to so rudely and condescendingly about my questions about my new doctor and that my expectations to be booked in before my baby is born are unrealistic. I could have booked last week but was told to wait. I also work in healthcare and understand the pressures, yet taking it out on patients who spend upwards of 30 mins waiting to get though is unacceptable. The doctors and nurse practitioners at this office are lovely and my experiences with them have been very positive. However, they truly need to rethink both their booking system and what kind of professionalism is being shown by their front facing staff.

Worst clinic ever! Except for nurse practitioners. Dr. Pek is not only an inept physician but also is never available for appointments. She is still running her practice as if we are in the middle of COVID-19 pandemic. She doesn't make herself available to the patients to refill medications that patients are taking for years nor her clinic entertain refill requests by Shopper Drug Mart. Not only that, they blatantly lie that they never got it. It's been a usual way of business for her. I would highly caution anyone if you care about your mental and physical sanity to find any other physician but Dr. Pek.PS: the receptionist, Sharon, is further adding to mental health deterioration of anyone calling. Rude, racist, inept, and just a horrible person overall who doesn't want to help anyone!

My doctor and the nursing staff are lovely and professional, but some of the receptionists are very rude (without provocation). I empathize with the challenges they face dealing with difficult patients, but that doesn't justify being testy and mean-spirited toward polite patients.

Appears they have deleted all the 1 star reviews detailing how awful this place is to get an appointment at.

Please, If you don't already have a Dr or are looking for a new one, do not use this clinic. I cannot stress enough how terrible of a practice this place is .

Im a patient of Dr Pek who is a phenomenal physician. Her RN Kris is also amazing. I receive such great care from them both. The Nurse Practitioners who handle all of my children's wellness visits are great, especially Nurse Stacie. The wait times on the phone can be lengthy unless you call in the afternoon but online booking had made that easier. I still have to call for appointments for my children but its not a deal breaker for me.

I was a patient at this practices for about a year before i found a much better and helpful doctors office. i was a patient of dr. West and she would refuse to see me and transferred me to speak to a nurse about my health concerns. The receptionists are very rude and won't let you speak. They would argue with me all the time about my care that they don't even know about not to mention you can stay on hold for at least an hour just to get a hold of them. This was the worst family doctors office I've ever been to.
