Graduation Canine

We called Marc-André to help us with our newly adopted German shepherd mix dog. She is young, big, hyper, doesn't know any commands, and very mouthy, especially when she plays outside.He was the only one who took our concerns seriously and switched things around to come to our house in the same day, even though we live in st JérômeFrom the moment, he arrived, he managed to calm Chika down and within minutes, she listened and learnt a bunch of basic commands.The change in her behavior was fast. Now, we are scheduling another training session with him, even though we are surrounded by dog schools, simply because he is good and the dog is learning a lot with him. Our dog is smart and she deserves a great teacher like him.Highly recommended.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre rencontre avec Marc-André. C’était fascinant de le voir interagir avec notre énergique cockapoo de 9 mois. Les conseils qu’il nous a donnés pour désamorcer les épisodes de jappement et de vol d’objets commencent déjà à porter leurs fruits.

Couldn't have asked for a more insightful and professional home visit from Marc-André!Our new husky puppy (Butter) had only been with us a week, and we were starting to second guess our training. Marc-André kindly confirmed what we'd done so far, and demonstrated great tricks to help us keep moving forward. He uses and promotes positive-reinforcement training and gave us strategies on how to stay patient and consistent with Butter. Once she reaches a more turbulent adolescent stage, we'll know who to call if we need it!

Our adopted Lab, Odin, is very reactive to other dogs. Odin welcomed Marc Andre with no hesitation.Our first outing and encounters with 2 dogs were amazing. Though still reactive, Odin was much calmer than he has ever been. Marc Andre truly has a knack for this. We appreciate him not only training Odin but teaching us, the owners, as well. We look forward to future sessions and learnings from Marc Andre

Marc-André was extremely helpful in just one session. He instantly bonded with our puppy and made training seem easy, breaking it down into steps and explaining the science rationale behind the method he uses. We've been having a lot more success with training her and we plan on doing a follow-up after a few weeks.

Marc-André est un super entraîneur, il a vraiment pris le temps de nous expliquer en détail les bases et surtout sans jugement. Il a également pris soin de s’assurer que l’on comprennent et s’arrêtait pour que l’on pose nos questions. Il fût super calme et efficace dès son arrivé même si notre louveteau l’a accueilli en lui sautant dessus. En une séance, nous avons même été capable d’apprendre et de maîtriser un nouveau tour avec notre boule de poils. Nous le recommandons fortement à tous celleux qui ont besoin d’un petit coup de pouce avec leurs enfants à quatre pattes!!

Marc-André did a great job with our German Shepherd. He's very patient and very professional. He listens and helps you with any problems you have. Any question you have, anytime you need advice, he's always available to help. His science based methods are amazing. Our Kyra learned a lot with the advices he gave us. We are so glad we chose him as our dogs trainer.

What a pleasure it was to work with Marc André! Here is a trainer who really loves his job. When he met my anxious dog Lupa, he bonded with her immediately: he was kind and calm and patient, and Lupa took to him immediately. In one session, he showed me quite a few excellent techniques that I have been using with success. His follow-up instructions were also very clear and complete. I highly recommed Marc Andre to anyone who needs help raising a happy and obbedient dog!

Marc-André me dio muchos consejos interesantes para Dante, mi yorkie. Lo adopté de 3 años, y es un poco reactivo con otros perros y no conoce los comandos básicos. Luego de una 1a sesión, en tan sólo 3 días de práctica ya muestra un avance super positivo para aprender a sentarse, venir, touch, caminar junto a mi y va en camino a modular su reactividad hacia otros perros en su paseo, lo que más le cuesta. Marc-André responde a todas las preguntas, está disponible luego de la sesión y es trilingüe!

Marc is awesome - from the moment he walked in the door he demonstrated and explained his healthy positive training method. The transition from my puppy jumping up on him, to sitting quietlyat his heels through recognition of good behavior rather than avoidance/targeting of bad behaviour worked so well. Today (the day after) my own training session was so much more informed, happy and effective. My 4 1/2 month puppy - who had been biting my clothes, shoes, hands both at home and on walks - has been a delight all day. I'm sure there is more to really get him stable, but I feel there is a path forward and that feels great. Thank-you Marc - from both me and Anton!!
