Great environment and staff. Always feel welcomed with a laugh and a smile. Front desk will work hard to accommodate any emergency changes and rebook.The Doctors are very informative and insightful.I referred my cousin to this office and he swears by his care here too.

The staff are all very professional , respectful and caring. I had an emergency and Dr.Sediq and Jess took me in and attended to my needs quickly, making me feel like my pain was justified. Dr.Sediq is an amazing person, He listens to your issues and is always able to establish exactly where the pain is located, when most other Doctors are baffled. His smile and laughter along with his soft caring demeanor always greets you at the door, helping you forget why you where there. I have been a patient now for 2 years and am encouraging anyone with chronic pain to reach out to this clinic, you won't be disappointed. All of Dr.Sadiq s Staff that work with him have the same great personality that is extraordinary and comforting. I Recommend that you go and see them if you suffer from Chronic Pain . Let me start by saying I have been getting spinal injections via nerve blocks, epidurals and codyl injections for over 9 years from four different Doctors with different results. My previous Ortho surgeon retired almost 2 years ago. Fortunately I was referred to Dr Mosaad at the CPM in Hamilton this year.If I was the Pope I would have her Sainted. She completed a codyl injection and a series of nerve blocks in a visit last week with an absolute minimum of discomfort/pain. The relief has been the most effective I have had in 9 years. She makes you feel relaxed throughout the procedures. Dr Mosaad is truly amazing.

Have been going to the pain clinic at 1605 main street Hamilton for quite some time . Find the receptionist and nurses very friendly and efficient. Dr Hadi is very friendly and efficient and understands my chronic pain. Without my weekly injections I do not know how I would cope with the pain. Thanks to everyone at the main street clinicJim

Hi There,Just wanted to drop a note to say that anyone reading this will be in Good Hands at this CPM location. I have had acute shoulder issues possibly needing replacement and I work everyday. My pain was so debilitating I could not pull up my pants, loop my belt, tuck in my shirt or tie my tie, you get the idea. I need full range of motion in my line of work. I have been getting Physio at AIM down the hall and then afterwards Dr. Hadi has been giving me nerve block injections. They have given me my life back. He is exceptional, one of the smartest Doctors I have ever come across and I have had my share at 66 years old and being an ex athlete. Every single person there is attentive and cares about your well being. Wish I would have found them years ago. I can totally recommend this clinic.Steve.

Absolutely AMAZING!! I have my life back! CPM is accessible, clean, quick and very friendly… I really didn’t believe it when they told me during my interview that I would get excited that it’s needle day… BUT WOW! I actually do feel excited when it’s time for my injections!! I honestly don’t think I would be here today if it weren’t for my amazing team at CPM Hamilton… thank you so much!

I have been Dr H's patient since CPM clinic was on Rymal Rd...my time spent with him was breath taking as I could walk out of the clinic feeling whole, painless, mentally well and looked forward to the beautiful world outside . But since the take over I've dealt with other patients allowed to be late and set everything 45min to an hour behind only to walk out and see them in parking lot smoking or whatever they do. After I couldn't take the hour wait after my scheduled appointment and missing other appointments l complained and due to the amount of gossip l was harassed by the 2 client with intimidation and verbal abuse when in parking lot. Then 2 weeks later same thing happened but this time myself and my driving companion were leaving only to witness the female kick my drivers door and now I have a big foot dent on my driver side door of my new car.I went into clinic to report what happened and I was the one who got in trouble because I was upset and they did nothing. I said I needed camera footage so I could call police- well the cameras don't work apparently. Now due to high volume of gossip I'm subjected to listening to those clients friend who's appointment is just after mine and I can hear her talking to the intake person and both agreeing and saying I'm verbally abusive.I don't feel safe walking out to my vehicle because the clinic allows intimidation and destructive behavior of patients property and worse it has made my driving companion not come anymore due to the unsafe environment before,during and after ...Since this issue has never been addressed it's time to find somewhere better suited to pain management then dealing with something more for addiction and recovery. Pretty bad that my rating 7 months ago has changed so drastically

From the front desk staff, to the nurses, to my doctor, this clinic has significantly improved my quality of life living with chronic pain. The atmosphere is so warm, friendly, and supportive that I genuinely look forward to my appointments. The clinic is very accommodating and it is evident that all the staff members genuinely care about the wellbeing of their patients. Dr. Sediq is a medical hero to those in pain. He is very skilled and knowledgable about his practice and has exceeded all of my expectations for a physician. Even on my worst days, Dr. Sediq and his team never fail to leave me feeling uplifted, hopeful, and supported in my battle with chronic pain. It truly makes a world of difference when you have such wonderful people providing you treatment and support and I can't thank this whole team enough.

This pain clinic changed my life. I love going there, the staff are friendly and kind. Dr. Sediq is so good at what he does that I now have an amazing pain-free life.He enabled me to look at life differently, to get out of my negative mindset and limited thinking about my disabilities. He opened my mind to possibilities, to get moving, and stop being socially isolated. He did all this by just being the person he is and his pain management treatments..I am so grateful to my retired pain specialist for referring me.Thank you
