Excellent customer service!

I cannot believe Williams Lake has a store like this!!! You find computer stores like this down in Vancouver and even then not nearly as proffesional as this one.Customer service was nothing but amazing and Andrew and the crew know their stuff that is for sure.Was a treat coming in today, as a business owner myself I am extremely impressed!

Before submitting this I reached out to management, no explanation was given for not contacting me with information the data transfer process would be far more expensive and time consuming before going through with the work. He said I wouldn't of been charged the hourly rate for further work, but this was not given to me either. Just the hourly time, I was not offered a completion of the job with this new information either. Again, poor communication. A 2011 MacBook pro isn't vintage in my opinion, and again the techs in other businesses struggled to see the issue with recovering from the HD in lieu of wireless transfer if the computer wasn't functioning optimally. Very bad experience, would not recommend to anyone. Poor communication! I was told initially to transfer the data from my old Mac to the new would be a fairly quick job. I'm busy organizing a memorial for my brother and was recommended to unload this simple task on to someone else. The old one would crash with large transfers, so they would be able to throw it into a mode bypassing the manual method. No update for days, so I pop in figuring they forgot. She goes and checks for me to where I hear an annoyed tech whining he has to manually transfer everything, at least 9 hours of work left! Do the math. They couldn't tell me what they had done so far and charged me 220 dollars. I'm not going to stamp my feet and refuse to pay, but what a joke! If I hadn't popped in, the bill would of been over a grand. Sadly Onetrix lost their Mac person, otherwise I would of went there. I'll take my loss, but I will be sure to not recommend this place to anyone. If they had called me to update I would of said it's fine I'll go elsewhere. I called a tech in Kelowna and explained the situation, he's baffled. It's apparently quite easy to pull files even if the computer isn't functioning. Next time, update your customer instead of hosing them with outrageous bills! UPDATE: tech in Kelowna suggested using a SSD to do the transfer to save money since Sandtronics already screwedme over, finished in an hour and a half. The fact professionals" couldn't do this having better equipment is insane to me. I wouldn't trust these guys with any single task."
