I usually do the drive-thru but today I had some family members joined me so we decided to dine in.We order their $1 cones and a large fry. I asked one of the staff if I can get the key to the washroom to wash my hands. Then the store manager/supervisor comes and said that the washroom is close bécosse dine area will be closed soon. I had 10mins left on the clock.She apologize and said I can’t let you use the washroom. My response “Are you serious!?” She said sorry!Omg!!!! Beside this bad in restaurant experience just use the drive-thru.Service is adequate. Will Income back? Yes, but will be just using the drive-thru.

This McDonald is worst! Very less time allowed to pickup the order inside the store and drive thru wait is extremely frustrating. Staff is unwilling to corporate and kept pushing you to wait in the drive thru! Consider delivery drivers request and start handing the food at door! Wait time is not worth the money we make!

I ordered caramel McFlurry but all the caramel was not in the cup she spread on the surface cup I couldn’t hold it. It was sticky everywhere. She didn’t want to even touch it. Why did you want me to hold it then?

I attempted to go to the drive-thru today. When I got to the cashier window I tapped my card on the machine to pay only to be told by the cashier immediately after that she had made a mistake and charged me for a different order for another car in the lineup. She said she would let the pickup window know what happened so that they could sort it out and give me my order. Instead of refunding me she said she'll just charge me the difference and I tap my card a second time to pay the difference between the two orders. This all seem fine but when I got to the pickup window they were totally confused and didn't know which order to give me so they told me to pull ahead and park so they could bring it out to me. I waited again for another 5 minutes or so waiting for my order to show up and when the lady came out to get food to someone else I reiterated my order to her and told them the situation so they could come and bring it out to me. Unfortunately when they did finally bring it out to me it was missing the drink from the combo and due to the mix-up earlier it had the wrong receipt in the bag so when I try to explain to the worker that I'm missing a drink she wouldn't believe me because it didn't show on the receipt which had a totally different order. She told me to go into the restaurant to sort it out with the manager. I went inside and waited for a bit but they're all too busy to notice or care and I just eventually left without a drink because I was tired of wasting my time and frustrated. Unfortunately this isn't my first bad experience with McDonald's at various locations throughout the city and it seems that somehow McDonald's is the only one who can consistently offer bad service no matter where you go. I would give them zero Stars if I could.

The order took 10 minutes to make 2 filet of fish and large fries, not sure why. Fries were not salted, filet was half on the bun sliding off. It was slapped together with no care. Not to McDonald's standards. Some focus on quality would be good.

Despite the poor ratings I decided to try this McDonalds. They are doctoring their drive thru wait time stats. The car in front of me was directed to wait in the parking lot for their food. I pulled up to receive my food and saw that my order was no longer on the screen which meant they tagged it as completed. They asked me to pull ahead “anywhere” for my food which was just 2 double hamburgers. Still sitting here in the parking lot. I’ve been asked twice what my order was. Other people waiting for a long time and have been complaining. What are you doing!!!!? Seven cars have come and gone before me.

I ordered 2 burgers and a drink. I paid and pulled up to the pickup window and they had already lost track of which order was mine. They told me to pull into a parking spot. After 10 mins still no food. I then realized they had overcharged me (I had paid for someone else's order). I tried to get the attention of the employee who was bringing orders out to the other cars in the parking lot but was basically ignored. I finally got my order and refund for the difference after going through the drive thru a second time. No apology from any of the employees or supervisors. Never again!

Ordered four meals. Upsized all the fries but each box came half full. Requested for extra lettuce but looks like they didn’t bother.Drinks are watered down so much so we couldn’t identify which was the root beer and which was the Coca Cola.I guess the McDonald standard has really hit rock bottom.

Absolutely disgusting, my burger came in a completely debilitated stste, and I’ve seen gas station restaurants with better hygiene than this. The service was slow and the management was very rude. Worst McDonald’s experience ever, I couldn’t even bring myself to eat the nasty burger, the fries were cold and soggy, too.
