This was my first haircut in a very long time. I had been to Hair Lab before and always had a great experience.Anjana was friendly and focused and gave me complete restyle. My very long hair is now a much more manageable length. I normally wear my hair straight but Anjana suggested finishing it curly and created a 'do' that I could never achieve myself. I felt like a new person!

I went there for the first time to get a haircut. Overall, I didn’t feel happy with the way the stylist who was supposed to cut my hair provided me the service. I have very long hair. Midway, somebody else was asked ( I think a senior stylist) to cut my hair because she felt it would take a lot of time and didn’t seem interested in doing it. The other person who finally gave me a haircut did it nicely. But they charged me 10 pounds extra because they felt my hair was too long half way through which I told/showed to them as soon as I entered (and moreover putting it on me that I didn’t tell them over a phone call where their main focus was only on booking an appointment). Paid the price because I didn’t want them to make a mess of my hair but not the right way to deal with any customer.

Hina and the Hair Lab Team are lovely, super friendly, always get such a wonderful welcoming. I love coming to this salon to get my hair done, Hina my stylist who has been doing my hair for years is absolutely phenomenal, very passionate and always go above and beyond to make me look and feel so amazing and always give me great hair advice too. I highly recommend Hair Lab because all the staff know exactly what they are doing, extremely professional and are highly skilled. Thank you so much Hina I absolutely Love my hair.

Incredibly accommodating to my son this morning who, after attempting to get his first ever haircut at the Woking Barbers (and refused as his hair is quite long and apparently they didn’t cut long hair) we then went to HairLAB on the off chance that they would cut it. Not only did they accommodate on a whim but they made my son feel really at ease and the stylist working was chatting to him and us throughout. Fantastic

Worst haircut of my life !!! Asked for layering , shorter at the front then fade through my hair. The hairdresser legit cut a bob at the front of my hair then left the rest or my hair long. I had a bob and long hair what !!! I went to another hairdresser in St John’s to get it fixed , he has been in the profession for 30 years and said that what they did wasn’t even a hair style and never has seen anything like it. Luckily that hairdresser was able to fix it and make me feel good about myself. Never ever in a million years coming back to this salon.

Aimee is amazing. I have been visiting her for over a year and she has tamed my hair and always gives me exactly what I ask for. My highlights look natural and I’m really pleased with the colour.She manages to cut and blow dry my hair in record time considering it is so thick. I would thoroughly recommend her.

Got a hair updo done by Hira, she did an incredible job! My hair stayed in place the whole time! She was so lovely throughout the whole process! Received many compliments for my hair and it was exactly how I wanted it!

I have been having my hair done at Hair Lab woking since they opened and would highly recommend them all the staff are very friendly and polite. I normally have my hair done as a model the training is done to a very high standard and I am always pleased with my hair when I leave.
