Brandon Nelson was an amazing help in choosing 2 new mattresses, box spring and bed frame for our family. He went over and above serving us, and making sure we were happy, without any pressure. We caught a stellar deal on everything, which is always awesome!

Yesterday the wife & I stopped in just to browse (we were planning on getting a new bed...eventually), and long story short we walked out with a brand new luxury king set. However Curtis Chwyl was extremely nice, patient, informative and helpful and most importantly he was really TRANSPARENT! This is true AAA customer service quality.

Went in for a mattress got one picked out after dealing with shana the store manager after I made my purchase I found out that they can only give a three hour window for delivery so asked her if I could schedule it for anytime after three her response was simply no can you leave it with a neighbour but my neighbours work as well so that was not a option for me so I scheduled for the week after. Delivery day comes and they ship it to a wrong address I ask what’s going on was told a message was left with the driver and shana would get back to me as soon as she heard from the driver no apologies for the inconvenience or the fact that no one asked me my address they just confirmed my email and phone number . Fast forward three and a half hours still no call so I called ready to return the mattress and thankfully spoke to Curtis who not only apologized multiple times for the inconvenience but had the proper customer service skills to talk me off the return and schedule another delivery date. I understand mistakes happen we’re only human but it’s how you go about fixing the mistake that matters. Curtis is the only reason this review is three stars and not zero and the reason the brick still has my business

Went in for a mattress and Shana Hopkins had me in and out of there in thirty minutes flat. Narrowed down what I was looking for to simplify the process and ensured I had everything I needed to make sure my mattress stayed as fresh and fabulous as it would be from day one. Was also eligible for free shipping and the delivery crew were a dream at navigating the mattress up to my bedroom. Couldn't be happier with my experience in Spruce Grove!

Curtis was so down to earth but a wealth of information as soon as we walked in the door. He gave us the freedom to choose our bed and was there to guide us. So impressed with The Brick Mattress store and it's customer service. Thank you!!!

Bought a Beauty Rest Mattress from The Brick here in Spruce Grove. Both sides have sunk in and the middle is bulged. I will see if they really care. I sent a message. We are not heavy people.

We stopped in at the Brick Mattress Store in Spruce Grove to look at beds for our guest room. It was close to closing but Curtis took the time to show us all our options. He was is so wonderful at his job that we also bought a new king bed for us, our needed guest room bed and all new pillows, taking advantage of the great sales that were happening.The service and knowledge was amazing and we will definitely be back.

Outstanding customer service!I visited every mattress store in Spruce Grove and Curtis by far was the best. No pressure sales and he listened to my needs.Extremely knowledgeable and he spent over an hour with me as I jumped from bed to bed to try an make my decision. Curtis worked with me to find the best mattress that suited me. I am so pleased with my final decisions and with the expertise and honesty I received from Curtis. Instead of trying to upsell me he helped me to get the best price possible. He worked hard to get me the best deal and ensured I would receive my mattress for the date I needed it by. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic experience!!! Brandon was our sales person, complete professional, no pressure salesman, didn’t show us stuff outside of our budget. Was very knowledgeable on all of our questions as first time “real” mattress buyers. We will be back for our next mattress!
