Good customer service. Even though I didn't get exactly what I wanted, when I had a issue, Francisco stepped up and fixed the situation in a perfectly reasonable way.

We purchased a new DLA-X750R projector a few years ago for a high end multi million dollar home theatre. The unit has maybe 100-150 hours on it as it is not used much. The unit is suppose to run for hundreds if not thousands of hours before even having to change the bulb. This week the unit would not work. Trying to reach out for help with JVC was the most frustrating experience we have ever had with any manufacturer. Nothing but dead ends and incompetent or rude people as we worked through a maze of phone number to find a real person to tell us what was wrong with the projector. The retailer, Eastporters in Oakville, wouldn't even help us but rather tried to sell us another projector from another company. We will continue to try and find SOMEONE who know something about this projector and why it is not working as we have our annual summer family gathering, which is when the unit is used the most, and don't want to disappoint anyone. Meanwhile, that this very expensive unit from a so-called reputable manufacturer failed after such low usage and despite being out of the 2 year warranty period speaks volumes on the JVC brand and why we would never buy anything from this manufacturer again.

Nobody cares about your problem, had to send tons of emails before I got the answer, had to call so many times and spent so much time to get my DVD back (it took 5 weeks).So you can buy Kenwood product, but after you pay them, that's it, with all your problems you are on your own.It's a good product, but the warranty service you’ll get - IS NOT A SERVICE, it's pain in the a$$ (excuse the language).That is why I won't recommend Kenwood.

Très déçu par la qualité du support technique et durée de vie du produit.TV ayant 8 mois, l image se couvrait de bandes blanches en haut et bas écran, puis devenant inutilisableSupport technique faisant continuellement patienter le client semaine après semaine promettant une intervention, mais sans action de la part de JVC. Non acceptable
