Bear Cleaning washed, sanded and oil stained our large deck. We were very impressed with their service and commitment to finish the job.Their team made our deck look beautiful! I would definitely recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again!

Gutters and downspouts on new house were plugged with leaves and outside of gutters were also stained. Dan and Tyler from Bear showed up on time, very professional and pleasant, and did a thorough job on the gutters (they even looked new again). They also did a great job cleaning up all debris! Thank you for excellent service guys.

Bear Property Cleaning
We used Bear Property Cleaning to install our Christmas lights for the first time this year. We are thrilled to finally have lights along our roofline. The gentlemen were very responsive, punctual and professional. My favorite part of the experience was that we were able to choose custom colours, with each of our children adding their favorite colours, giving us a unique and non traditional colour combination. They have also cleaned our gutters and driveway in the past, which we were also very happy with. Thank you Bear Property Cleaning!

'Bear Property Cleaning' was engaged to clean a cedar shake roof that was installed in 1993. The roof, although no leaks was a mess of moss due to a former overhanging maple tree. The service crew members were superb, friendly, punctual, and were the BEST SERVICE GROUP of young men that we ever had since we purchased the house in 1970. HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDGene Corless

Bear cleaning has never disappointed! Recently we had them over to pressure wash the concrete patio, armor stones, azek deck, walk way, front steps, porch, front door, flag stone garden wall ... All in a days work! It was nice to come home from work to see such a drastic change!We forgot to move some logs off the patio and they came back that evening once we had time to move them!!We recommend them to all our clients as well because we know they will: a) take the call, b) provide a timely and reasonable quote, c) show up, d) do an awesome job!!

I contacted Bear Property Cleaning to see if they could take care of a large apartment complex which was in urgent need for a roof cleaning. We were in a time crunch, with the pervious company we hired cancelling last minute.
