Had an awesome experience at this Telus location. Will gave stellar customer service by listening to my needs and providing a variety of options for me to review. I left the store feeling happy with my purchase, and reassured that it was right for me.Thanks again!

The staff here is rude, doesn’t know what they are selling, and trying to sneak the product that I don’t need to my billing.Nothing they can help when you have an issue about their products/services.They will tell you to call support and that take literally a day to just on hold.Now I’m still struggling with getting rid off this company and all the nonsense bill and they have not even installed anything (was getting home internet)The other providers is way better, I got my WiFi sets up the first day I apply and they been super clear on what is on the contract.Please do your self a favor doesn’t even walk into this place.

We had to upgrade two of our phones in our family plan. We were helped by Tyler and he made it a fast easy and pleasant experience.

I saw Ben on black Friday and got a brand new S22 Ultra and a new phone plan and home internet plan that was much cheaper then expected. He went above and beyond with the discoutns he got me. Would highly recommend you go see Ben for all your mobile and home service needs!

This is the worst costumer service I have EVER experienced. If you enjoy being frustrated, if you enjoy rude customer service, if you enjoy employees that do not help you, and if you enjoy being HUNG UP on and told to not call them, go to this Telus location. If you value your time, DO NOT go here!

Amazing staff, so helpful and aimed to get me the cheapest available monthly bill for my usage! They also didn’t let me forget my AirPods that were charging. Goran was fantastic, TELUS/Koodo give this man a raise!

Tessa T. Is the worst customer service rep ever! Saw her two days ago and told me my iPhone repair would be free due to a mess up in the system and they would deal with it. I come in today and a new customer service rep told me it’s now 150$. She then chants “yay this is awesome” as she rudely interrupts me while I’m trying to speak to the man to figure out why they were not upfront with me. Very unprofessional, very unorganized, and super huge lack of training skills on everyone’s end in the store.They were also poorly talking about a customer and degrading him after he left the store. It made it extremely uncomfortable!! Teach your employees people and training skills. I’ll be going to any other Telus but that one from now on. And if Tessa is helping you, ask for someone else.
