This review is just for the staff today on Jan 16 2019 at 8.00 PM in tsawwassen mall location. Rude for nothing, attitude , worst customer service. She is in the wrong business. We just asked one question, and she made us feel that don't bother me ". We left the store right away and never ever returning there.. if the store has cameras

The worst customer service we ever had in aldo stores.. the lady working over there .. she doesnt know how to respect a customer, she forgets about that stores are only working on the money of customers and when we went there she started throwing the bags out of the shelf .. she wants to clean only that shelf from which we are standing .. zero stars because of her .. never going back to that aldo store ..

Sales associate refused to sell me a bag because I asked for paper receipt and I didn't want to give them my email, and they said this the system in all Aldo stores, and it turn out he is a liar because the next day I went to another Aldo store and they said that they can give me paper receipt if I want.What kind of customer service is this????they force you to give them ur own personal info otherwise they don't sell u their products!!!!!!!Nonprofessional customers service which made me think of calling consumers protection and see how come their policies can force people to give their personal info like email and postal code.

Very terrible customer service. The employees are rude and disrespectful. Also no point in calling the store, no one’s going to answer but if your lucky and they pick up you’ll be sitting on hold for the next 25 minutes! Wouldn’t recommend wasting any of your time here! Terrible customer service.

Awful experience. Customer service was ok, but the quality of the shoes that they sell were terrible! I wanted a particular style dress shoes for my friend’s wedding, and found that each pair of the shoes they had in stock were all scratched or had deep cuts into the upper leather. They barely have any of the common sizes in stock. I even went to 3 different Aldo stores in the greater Vancouver area and found the shoes there were either defective or had scratches/cuts on them as well. The quality control has gone down considerably.

Went to the mall today and visited aldo. The staff was very accommodating, except for the manager. I realize this is an outlet mall and the price was great! However, the shoes were damaged and when asked for a further discount, the manager replied that the shoes reflected the price, hence “the discount” of the shoes (saying they were that price because they were damaged) which is not correct because I’ve been a long time customer of Aldos for over 10 years and so has my mother which is 15 years. Honestly, I felt lied to and I WILL NOT be spending my money here. It’s not about the price, but the fact that management LIED to me.

I’m very disappointed. I was in the store to buy shoes for my son on Saturday June 18. Sales clerk was very good. Nothing in his size. It was for a wedding and was in a hurry to get them. I was able to order one pair. They told me 3-5 days. I thought great. Although I tried calling the store several times over several days mid week and no one answered the phone then on Sat this past weekend I called the downtown store. The guy told me that he would pass a message to the manager at that store and call me back. He never did. And I kept trying the outlet store and finally someone answered. I was told that the downtown Pacific Centre store was closed for renovations yet when I called there I was not told that (I had driven there and tried to find it with no luck). It’s now been 6 days. I ended up buying another pair of shoes at Moores which is where I will always shop if needing mens clothing. I was told at the Outlet store I would receive an email they they arrived and could come in for a refund . I haven’t received an email as yet. Bad customer service there and will never shop there again!!!

went outlet to buy a purse and when look at the purses , but one employee just came by and start throwing the purses down from which shelf we were looking at. Totally disrespectfull. will nvere go there again. if staff dont like customers or work then stay home.
