Absolutely fantastic service!! Ben was highly knowledgeable, friendly, polite, on time, clean, skilled and very willing to explain what he did and how we could maintain our fireplace and stay safe. Very happy, customer for life! Would happily recommend to anyone. And you get a certificate, for your insurance... what's not to like?!

Used these guys twice now. Both times a great service. Even though my burner was condemned, they didn't charge me and even helped me get in the door (I was locked out when they arrived). Cheers!

An efficient and extremely clean service. I hadn't had my chimney swept for some years and Bens reassurance that he could accomplish, what appeared to be, an almost impossible task left me and my wife very happy. It was great to meet someone who takes time and care with his job and who is also very knowledgeable.

First time using Van Dyke and very impressed, timely, very professional, spent a lot of time preparing which kept mess to a minimum. Explained everything he was doing. Well priced. Will definitely be using again, highly recommend.

Great service, with a smile and kept the kids entertained as well! Couldn't ask for more, prompt, fast, friendly. Ben also took the time to answer all our questions and explain all the details of what needs doing to keep a safe fireplace.

Ben arrived when he said he would, was wearing a mask due to the current situation,took his boots off ( he didn't need too).Straight away he put me at ease and did a very good job. He gave me very good advice on our open fire.He was very personable and like a mate from the first minute.

Any great job by Ben. This is the second year running Ben has swept our Chimney. He also gave lots of advice with regards to getting a burner fitted. Would definitely recommend.

Ben arrived promptly and set to work immediately. Had a good chat about what needed to be done, got on with it and tidied after. Stove looks immaculate, v. happy, have booked next year too.
