Knowledgeable, helpful staff. Large variety of pet food and other products. Great dog wash stations. They take amazing care of the rescue cats in the store that are available for adoption. Well organized store and always a pleasure to come to.

Excellent service today. Was asked to leave another pet store for not having my dog leashed...she's little...I had forgotten her leash at home and was quickly getting her one. I left and popped into Bosley's where the experience was much better. Not only did they help me get a replacement for the forgotten leash but were so helpful, I quickly found several other things I was looking for... $100 later lol. As a dog professional, I love getting great service and being able to recommend great places to my clients!!!I also overheard them talking to a customer getting a new puppy that day. Their service was wonderful. They were patient and very helpful.

I travel around BC a lot and use Bosley's often in different locations to give my dog a bath. This particular grooming area is excellent, best of the locations I've been to so far. The attachment on the water helps to make sure all shampoo is rinsed and their dryer is high power. 10/10 would recommend. Plus the staff is super friendly.

Great staff because my dad did not know the product he needed and they helped him out. My only suggestion is to have a area for customers to be able to interact with the pets being adopted. Believe this will help animals find forever homes.

Stopped in to look at dog crates for our new puppy, and Taylor went above and beyond helping us. She was very helpful and friendly, and we would definitely try to get her to help us next time we go back!

Great Girls for staff! I went to Bosley’s to give my sweet Daisy May dog a bath. They had everything you could imagine to give Daisy a wonderful bath. Even an amazing brush to help w her shedding. I would recommend everyone to bring your pooch to this place. Plus the girls were so kind and sweet to helping us out in a dire time with these wildfires. Daisy says woof woof for a really great place to come and enjoy your treats too. Thank you so very much for accommodating us on this warm day as well. Be safe & cool. Love you girls for this!

Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable

Delightful, friendly, helpful staff that not only helped us find what we were looking for, but were knowledgeable about the differences between products! Also helped distract my very active toddler by giving him an activity book!

Staff rarely acknowledges you when you enter and I have never been asked if I need help finding anything, although I will browse the store for quite awhile before selecting my purchase
