Came to get a truck that I had reserved at 4pm. When I got there they refused to honor my reservation and said that they were closed. Although, the staff was still there and about to close up shop for.the day. Worst service

The building itself is nothing impressive. However, we received amazing customer service. We had a full walk-around and they also explained what types of chips or scratches on the car would be ignored and which would need to be repaired. They also had a car ready for us at pick up, but this is also because we called ahead to ensure one would be available.Fortunately, we didn't experience anything like what the other 1-star reviewers went through.

Staff here were really friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them, especially to English speakers who may be nervous about renting a car in Quebec away from the airport. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and kind.

Shyate ( sorry for most likely spelling it wrong) was very helpful and courteous. She was very organized and fast with all the explanations and getting me into a insurance rental. From what I seen the staff is very organized and works well as a team even though they had a lot of check-ins and rentals to put out.I am very grateful they had a rental available for me this morning as i know it is difficult at this time of year to obtain one due to accidents from the weather.I look forward to using Enterprise in the future.keep up the amazing workupdated 05.13.2022after having the rental for 2 months to which no walk around was completed on it. The vehicle a Kia Forte Ex 40k km on it died on the highway while driving. The unit was giving issues when i first picked it up but due to cold weather figured it was nothing. fast forward to a vehicle where the transmission ended up failing on my 38KM trek home as the RPM went over 4000 and the speed dropped to 30km/h even in tiptronic it wouldn't exit 5th gear. The unit was given to me with a extremely dirty windshield on the interior to which it looked like liquid was sprays on and streaked down. Making it impossible to see out with the sun shining directly in, when it would rain the wipers were useless as the rubber on the blades was coming off and the visible chip in the windshield was never noted on my rental contract initially (luckily i have dated photos from pick up).When it came time to call roadside assistant there was no number in the car/ on the keys nor on my electronic contract. To which i had to google the number ( gives you the USD one).As a former rental CSR all of these things mentioned should have been noted on the rental agreement and a vehicle with broken wipers shouldnt have been put on rent. Not once was roadside assistance mentioned at pick up nor any paperwork given providing this number.Due to this update it has changed my rating for the quality of the service and the vehicle provided. However the CSR whom helped me was very friendly and efficient at her job.

I want to tell you briefly that this place and the people working in this place are very professional very warm smiling people who try to help you in any way. I am very glad that I chose this place. Thank you for your cooperation.

Everything was fine! But make sure you go outside with them when you’re checking the car.
