Lynn was amazing!! I had a stiff neck for 3 days and now I can at least turn my neck. The atmosphere is relaxing and soothing, and the whole treatment was perfect. Will definitely be going back!

I saw Niki for an Ayurvedic head massage that left me feeling incredibly relaxed. It was a decadent experience having touch focused on my head, face and neck for the entire time. The oils were pleasantly mild. Ayurvedic massage technique is unique and stands out from other types of work. I highly recommend it if you haven't tried it before.

Wow! I have been a couple of times but had to review my most recent experience with Jing Yun Qiu. I have been having severe pain in my knees due to Rheumatoid Arthritis and was just expecting him to put some needles in the area. But he worked on my back first, releasing the muscles along the spine and then worked on my hips and neck and other areas. It was blissful and made such a huge difference to my pain. I walked out on air and am returning this week. Thank you Jing Yun Qiu!

My experience with Ala was great. First time having acupuncture and cupping, was given time and space to address my goals and a good balance of time to rest and check ins to make sure everything felt right. Direct billing was processed by the time I was gathering my stuff. left feeling very peaceful in mind and body. Would definitely recommend and will be going back asap!

I injured my lower back at work n the appointment with Dr Jing Yun Qiu was excellent. I felt my back was relieved from the pain slightly afterwards n I feel even better the next morning after a good night's rest. He recommended some Chinese rubbing alcohol use n some exercises to strengthen the lower back during the healing period.
