Giant Tiger

It's hard to find regular cash. It's mainly self checkouts now. I don't like using those

While I like many of Giant Tigers products I don't find the prices overly competitive and the entire 8 months I was a member of their loyalty program I didn't save more $5 total. It was pointless and time wasting so I actually deleted the app as it was more a hassle than money saving. While a few are friendly most of The employees keep to themselves and arnt overly helpful but I usually find what I need. It a good store to stop for something quick when I don't want to go to a bigger store like superstore.

First time visiting this Giant Tiger store. Big clothing section offering more selection than other stores and a great, well stocked grocery section. I like that there are self-serve checkouts here now too!

A humble store that price matches and is all Canadian. Walmart, Sobeys, and Superstore could all learn a lot of lessons from Giant Tiger!

I always find great stuff for a low price. I can order online too. Love this store.

Excellent variety and decent prices make this a great place to get my pantry staples for my family!I also enjoy the one-off items and electronics oddly enough.

I enjoy browsing Giant Tiger they have some different products for lower prices

The store is large and offers a good selection of clothing at a fair price. Sadly their customer service needs to learn empathy. I asked what the return policy was because I was displace due to the Tantallon fire and may need to return clothes if I’m allowed back home. The cashier said “They say this is how communism starts by burning things down.” I was stunned and should have walked out, but I needed clothes because I have nothing. I hope this is a reminder that customer service is about helping customers especially during these difficult circumstances.

While we like the clothing and food options we find at Giant Tiger, we find navigating the side aisles a little difficult.Still, the prices and selection keep us shopping here even though shopping in such close quarters can be frustrating.We are seniors with health challenges, and the side aisles are not particularly wheelchair or walker friendly. However, the prices and overall product quality is what keeps us shopping at Giant Tiger...we just try to shop during non-peak hours to compensate for the close quarters.We do recommend Giant Tiger to anyone living on a budget who wants to eat and dress well. The Tiger also offers some good pricing on home improvement/decorating goods.

Good prices and sales but they only have one real checkout now the rest are self checkouts which is disappointing.
