They did an amazing job of our puppers first haircut! He looks adorable and he didn’t seem anxious at all when we picked him up! We will definitely be back when he needs another trim!!EDIT: I went back to them to get him a second trim and it was a total disaster. I was very happy with the first groom, but the second one was choppy and uneven ALL OVER. I was really disappointed in the inconsistency. I haven't been back since.

I have been taking my puppy to Happy Doggie Daycare for about a year or more now and they have been incredible. The owner and their staff are always super accommodating and go out of their way to help me out, whether it is daycare at 6:30am or grooming last minute. I am never worried leaving my puppy with them while I go to work. The facility is a great set up for the small and large dogs, and I know Jasper is always excited to see everyone there. I would recommend Happy Doggie Daycare to anyone who needs grooming, board, or/and daycare for their dog. HUGE thank you to everyone there!

I was pleased to get in with short notice. He was even flexible when I called to change the time by an hour.. my puppy had a messy little bum and I was hoping for a quick wash and a little trimming. She came out gorgeous and better than what I was asking for. I felt the price was very reasonable too!!

Needed emergency care of my pets while I was at work. They took my dogs in no problem. Very lovely staff and they where very clean. The dogs like their visit.

We were told our dogs grooming would be $85 on the phone but when we brought him to the place they said he was a large size breed (he’s not even 60lbs) and the grooming would be $100. We needed to get his grooming done and the place has great reviews so we decided to go through with it anyways.His cut was terrible and uneven. His spine portion was cut very unevenly and should have been kept long to begin with. His leg hairs were not once touched despite it being very overgrown. His tail and chest area were not shaped well but rather only some pieces were cut while others were ignored.

I brought my cat here for 3 nights. This was my first boarding experience and I am very pleased! They took great care of her and the prices were very reasonable. The only thing i will say is they NEED to get some ventilation in there. I get that there are many animals occupying the space and with that comes some odour, but there needs to be some ventilation because the odour was very strong and almost unbearable.

My dog always looks great after grooming done by Happy doggie daycare. She is an older dog, who is not a fan of grooming, so I am glad I found this place as they are gentle with her.Grooming is always well done, within a timely manner.I also have gotten very helpful advice on taking care of my dogs fur between appointments.They are always very kind and accommodating.

DO NOT GO HERE. The owner/groomer is really rude and careless with dogs. Even he has reasonable price and decent grooming skill, but he is super impatient and treats dogs pretty bad in the back. My dog always has injuries after being groomed, sometimes even bleeding. And my friend’s dog became scared of stick after going there for a while. When we asked him, he always said it was because my dog moved a lot or not listened to him. But after we switched to a new place, it never happened again. That groomer shouldn’t groom any animals.

I took my standard poodle here for a groom just on Monday and it felt lucky getting her in same day. The place was extremely clean and staff were wearing masks and gloves. As I passed our dog over, the groomer asked how I’d like the cut and it was pretty much better than I expected when I picked up my dog. The staff cleaned the door after I had left to maintain cleanliness. After receiving back my dog which took about 2 hours, she came home happy and really well groomed. I would definitely take her back here again in the future. The price was great and quality was well done. Thanks again.

I am very disappointed with how unprofessional the grooming service is. I have brought my dog here before and the usual charge was $55. I have a small to medium sized dog. On this visit however, they decided to charge me $75 saying that my dog is bigger, which she is not. She hasn't grown since her last visit. That was pretty disappointing, but it is what it is. I needed it to get done so I paid the $75...What I am even more disappointed about is all of the nicks and cuts that my dog has sustained. The grooming itself did not turn out that great even though they had to shave the dog down as far as they could go basically, but they did a ton of damage. I had to bandage up my dog's feet because there was skin missing from the bottom of the paw and she had a hard time walking and not to mention the blood that she was leaving behind on the floor. She's got little scabs all over her and in all honesty the person that groomed her should not be grooming any animals. This was a one-star service and I will not be returning.
