We have used Thomas' services for many years. We have always found him to be honest, hard-working and reliable. He consistently goes beyond the call of duty. Thomas always gives us a fair assessment of the work that needs to be done. We are happy to recommend him unreservedly to others.

Thomas and Beth were both wonderful and professional! They did an excellent job of removing an old, but very large, Manitoba maple from our backyard.Thomas gave us lots of options and very reasonable quotes. We would have them back again for future work, no question.

Thomas and his employee, did an amazing job. My neighbors tree fell on my property, these men worked hard to remove a large branch that was forked on the fence line, the fence was not compromised in anyway bc of how professional they were. They cleaned the area throughly after the removal as well, any personal items that were near the working area they carefully moved to keep from getting damaged.They did this all on a national holiday too(Canada day)I highly recommend King trees and his crew, they saved me alot of headaches of figuring out how to resolve the tree issue i had

After the last storm, Tom and his crew came to trim the very large elm behind our building. They showed up at no nine in the morning, as scheduled, and worked tirelessly all day, even though the rain! Very professional and courteous. Reasonable rates. Thank you for saving the tree!!

Had I believe Thomas come to my home for an estimate. I rarely write reviews but had to for this guy. He was the best. He was realistic and informative. He saved me thousands. He explained to me the pros and cons of everything even if it would result in less money for them. He explained to me it was more beneficial for a tree to stay and why and how they could help for less. Thanks Thomas! I called around had many quotes and by far if i need support again I won't bother checking elsewhere.

I called King Tree on Aug 17th to get a quote to have a dead tree cut down in my back yard. The woman who answered the phone was knowledgeable and helpful. She booked an appointment for someone to come out on Aug 22nd between 9 am and noon to have a look at the tree and provide a quote. We waited all morning but no one showed up til 1:45 pm. I mentioned that we were expecting him between 9 am and noon and he shrugged and proceeded to look at the tree. He advised he would send us a quote. It is now 2 months later and we have heard nothing from King Tree Services. Not only was it discourteous to not call if they were running behind but it was completely unprofessional not to provide either a quote or a quick phone call to let us know you were not able or interested in the job. I would not recommend this company.

We recently had King Tree Service remove a large (dead) tamarack and.take out some dead wood from a maple tree close to the back of the house.Both jobs were completed to our absolute satisfaction and we were very impressed with Thomas's professionalism and skill. The maple was closeto a large picture window, so great care was taken in roping and lowering large tree sections. The big tamarack (about 100 feet) was felled inone piece and came down exactly in the middle of a previously positioned tarpaulin. I would certainly recommend King Tree Service and will callthem again if the need arises.

After several calls, Tom came over to do an assessment of our trees and indicated the work that was required. We paid a $50 fee for this service. We were told that his wife would follow up with the cost and time we could have the work done. I called several times and she told me she had the quote and would mail it out. We never received the quote by mail, or heard back.I just read your company's comment: perhaps having our phone number and address on file would have been an alternative way to getting in touch with us. Also, the email you sent it to was misspelled (as per your message to me today), hence the reason it bounced back to you.

Tom is an efficient and caring worker, always cleans up mess afterwards. Very satisfied with his service.

So happy to have been able to keep this big sugar maple and it's red maple cousin. These tower over our home and provide so much shade but also made us nervous with some deadwood and lean. Thomas did several tests to ensure viability of keeping them and then climbed up there like a human squirrel and took care of these giant souls. Thomas and his team take great care in their work making sure everything is protected and also cleaned up back to how it was before they arrived. I am very grateful and will not look elsewhere when we need more tree care!
