Ive had 1 experience with one of your Rogers installers and it was unpleasant to say the least. Being told an installer is wasting his time" was a great example of what not to say to a customer."

Quality service

They did instal for our Rogers ignite and our internet speed was as bad as dial up. Could not stream without interruptions. Booked another appointment through Rogers for several days later. I got tired of the poor service and called rogers tech support. After almost 2 hours of adjusting set up by phone it worked great. I then had the appointment cancelled for the following week. Ramkey showed up anyways and my wife told them it was fixed after an hour on the phone with Rogers tech support. He went ahead and changed setting again and our internet is slow in the house again. He was told it was fixed and helped himself anyways. Dont let these techs" into your house"

Showed up to my door and started digging my driveway to put cable down to a neighbor. Did not ask for permission nor did they listened when I said you can not dig without giving me notice. Extremely rude and no regard for you or your property.

Train your staff and little better.I WAS walking in my neighborhood with my dogs, one opened his van door nearly smacked my dog right in the face.If she had been any taller who knows what Injury she may have gotten and your company and driver would have been paying.2. Yesterday your staffb member came into my yard, with a huge ladder, and hit my gazebo, for your sake you were lucky it was just a scratch anything more your company y and employee would have been paying.If you can't be mindful of peoples property then don't come in my yardPeriod
