Got into an accident and helped tow my car. They even got me a rental car immediately from Elegant Car Rental (one of the best car rental place). They even advised me on what to and what not do when dealing with insurance and repair.

This tow company has been the worst experience of my life. After getting into a car accident trying to get to my fathers after finding out about my brothers passing in June. This company has held my car Captive and holding my car for Ransom from my insurance company ( just so they can make extra per day rate)I’ve now had to drive a rental all summer. Not able to take my dog places. Not able to take my brothers dog places as I morn over the loss of my brother. A constant Reminder everyday as I have to drive a rental car instead of the comforts of my own vehicle.This tow truck company has costed me an even worse 2020.Thank you Phantom autoworks for making this way worse than just a car accident.
