Care X-Ray and Ultrasound

I was in the clinic to book at appointment for an ultrasound. The reception lady TALKS TOO LOUD. She does not have any respect to the people's privacy and yelling and asking or explaining patients private stuff loudly. She must be trained and educated to have some respect to the patient's privacy. I did not book appointment and will not go back at all.

I’ve had a lot of ultrasounds in my time but never had such a knowledgeable , kind and professional service as I had this time.Mojgan has one of the kind personality and high level of professional skills!!Thank you very much Mojgan !!I really appreciate !

Posting anonymously-This clinic never sends the results to doctors back; I’ve been here multiple visits because of the location & have had to call every time to get my results sent to my doctor for review.The front desk staff is rude; techs are fine. The whole clinic smells like intense incense or some diffuser they use but it is not scent free friendly like a health care facility should be.

this place only faxed my doctor the report" of the x-ray on my hand/thumb to confirm osteoarthritis.no actual images were provided

the receptionist is very helpful and nice. the doctors are very professional. The waiting area is clean.

We had the best pregnancy ultrasound sessions with Firouzeh. She was so nice and accommodating. She really made the experience much less nerve wracking. We would never go to any other clinic in the future. Thank you Firouzeh!

Have had various ultrasound appointments at this location and most have been good (hence 3 stars), but have also had a very awful experience. One of the ultrasound technicians (shorter lady with short hair) really needs to be trained in person-centred care. Complaining loudly to everyone around that her patient is gassy and it is hard to image, in front of the patient, (as if the patient is purposely eating gassy food to make her work difficult, when it really is part of the medical condition) is really not professional, and downright insulting. All she needed to do is do her best to image and give information for next steps if any. Please do not play passive aggressive and embarrass the patient for their medical condition. If anyone from the company is reading this, please please do training for your staff. Polite professionalism should be the minimum standard.

I had an appointment for an X-ray and my experience was amazing. I enjoyed my time there and everything was done on time in a professional manner. The receptionist was very helpful and kind and give me the perfect guidance. I believe her name was Azi, she was very helpful and professional. Over all a great experience.

Receptionist was professional and caring and ultrasound staff was so ki d and on point taking care of my needs I strongly suggest them to others and me and my family from nowvon are going to use their services. Keep up a good work
