The clothing line itself is overall great for business attire. The staff are friendly and helpful. Surprisingly they do have alot of the smaller sizes that I look for in my type of clothing! This is so important and so much more improved than the older retail outlets 10-15 years ago that had XL and XXL sizes. Hardly anyone can fit. Glad they improved with more size availability.

Always have items for clearance price. Worth visiting the store

Received best customer service. Fresha ( management ) amazed me with her positive attitude towards customers and staff. Love my clothes and the customer service. I think there is new management in this store cuz I had bad experience before. Hats off to the new management.

Lots of verity and exciting sales most of the times. Folks on the till are slow most of the times. Great discounts for the members

The Asian manager works there is so rude and has no customer service skills. I had to return a jacket that I bought two days ago and I had the receipt on me, but it was missing bottom barcode(this was the way an other employee gave me the receipt and I did not pay attention that time). However, she did not returned it because it was missing a barcode, being a supervisor in other company I know there is numerous ways to pull the receipt from card #, total or membership #. She doesn’t know how to serve. Never want to visit CK again. Waste of money and time.

0 rating! when it comes to handling consumer complaints, the manager in crossiron branch is quite abrasive and unpleasant. Still, im being polite to her. I was startled because i had never encountered these in any other shopping establishment. The manager claims that four items are bulk orders?! Please research what a bulk order is. Despite the fact that you are a loyalty member and provide the barcode discount to her still claims she is unable to offer a discount due to bulk orders. She mentioned that there was a written policy that she was unable to even show in writing. Instead of tackling the problem, she is incredibly demanding and unhelpful and rude. She is a manager with bad customer service. Please treat your customers humanely if you don't enjoy your job.
