I love the personalized, engraved wind chimes that I bought as a pet memorial. Heather made sure I used a good image and it came out perfect. I'm so glad I got a personalized wind sail. I got the Kensington and the sound is amazing, nothing like the ones I have seen in stores. I highly recommend the chimes and Fox Brae!

I bought this as a gift for someone who lost their 14 year old dog - Fox Brae inscribed it with the dog’s name and a beautiful saying. The recipient was very moved and loved the windchime. Shipping was super fast and even though I made a mistake on the full address, Fox Brae went above and beyond and had the address corrected with the courier and it was delivered in a couple days of ordering and without any issues. I would highly recommend Fox Brae and will order again for sure.

UPDATE: I did end up ordering a windchime for myself. My Dad loved being outside & it was purchased in memory of him. Every time I hear them, it will remind me of him. They are very well made and the tone is beautiful. I can't wait for spring to hang them.Recently purchased a windchime for a friend who lost her Mom. It was absolutely beautiful and the sound amazing. Loved it so much, I'm ordering one for myself!

I ordered twice from Fox Brae and, unfortunately, never seen the product. They took care of the order and shipped right to the recipient. The feedback from friends has been overwhelmingly received. I'm that confident in what I'm purchasing being out of province, and you can be too. I now need to get one for myself.

Can’t say enough about this company! Amazing craftsmanship and absolutely spectacular customer service! The tone is so beautiful. I ordered for my daughter for Christmas but she was having a bad time and I’m in Australia so I told her to open and she cried tears of joy. Second set I have purchased for her. I also unfortunately changed one number in the address (fat fingers) and Heather contacted me after the person contacted her to make arrangements to get it shipped. Luckily it was only half a block away and my daughter was able to pick up. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
