Great people to deal with.....friendly, Knowledgable and very helpful

I am a realtor who sold a listing from this brokerage. I drove from Toronto to drop off the deposit cheque, while I was in their office I received notice that I needed to log in to stratus immediately, since I was working with their team I asked the secretary if I could use one of their computers. The secretary called her manager and suggested that I find a C21 since I am with them. I was not near a C21, had a very busy day and drove a long distance to drop the cheque. I was disappointed that they were not willing to let me log on to an available computer for two minutes to sign a document.

Heather was wonderful to deal with and I really appreciated her expertise

The realtor was not professional. I think her name was Lori. Did not answer phone calls, and was not accomadating at all. It was lile she already knew who she was gona sell the house too, and did not give us a chance. Very dissappointed at the service.
