Great customer service experience, they're doing an insurance job for my Honda accord I will update after car is finishedEDIT: Carstar has amazing staff all friendly all have great service. Id like to shout out Jason, he had amazing customer service and deserves a raise.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND; Insurance Claim StoryAs a single mom, being on the receiving end of a car accident could have been very stressful. Thankfully, CARSTAR (formerly known as Hamilton's) made everything super simple and completely stress-free.I called my insurance company, met with an estimator, and told them that I was going to be going to CARSTAR for my repairs. From there, CARSTAR took care of everything!They called me a few days later and told me that I could bring in my truck in for repairs. They lent me a vehicle for the duration of the repairs, free of charge regardless of whether or not my insurance would be covering the cost of a rental. The repairs were done in two days, and the truck looks brand new again! They dealt with sending the bill to my insurance company too, so I had nothing more to do other than pick up my now-fixed truck!I will forever be telling people that they should go to CARSTAR for all insurance claim issues, as they truly made this experience for me extremely relaxed/stress-free! Everyone I dealt with was so kind and the work done on my truck was immaculate!And for those who care to know, the work has a lifetime warranty on it too. Even less reason to stress!!

Honestly I’m not really good with names but the person that was handling my situation. he was very very professional a great guy I would recommend him to anyone. it’s a very nice place but after I receive my car back I literally had to go wash my car clean the engine bay clean the backseat. because they were dust everywhere I was involved in an accident not at fault. in my 2016 Honda Civic for some reason after I receive my car back it’s been making this noise on the side of the car. I went there to get a check but they can’t figure out what it is. so I’m pretty much stuck with that. But other than that they are great people.

I can't say enough about Hamiltons Carstar. Joe and Glen are true professionals and really care about their customers. My 14 year old Yaris looks like new. The detailing is just the icing on the cake. I would never go anywhere else. They made my insurance claim easy and painless. Highly recommend them!!

I had used Centennial Carstar Dieppe before and that is why I went to them when I had an accident with my car. They did not change, it was the same clean establishment with friendly, knowledgeable and professional service. Everything is explained in detail, you know what needs to be done and how it is going to be done. They kept me up to date as the work was being done. They deal directly with the insurance company and that made it easy and reassuring for me. I highly recommend them, you will definitely be completely satisfied with their service and with their work.

Amazing service! This repair was done quickly and my car is like new. The process was so easy and painless. It certainly is refreshing these days to still have organizations show they truly care about their clients. And they took the time to detail my car too. I’m honestly impressed! Carstar Dieppe is nothing less than a 5-star based on my experience!

Recieved the car and it was a complete mess! There is dust everywhere inside and there's a part inside the door missing. You need to avoid this place!
