Pleasantview Townhomes

I have lived here for almost 5 yrs. Office staff is so kind and have helped me when I’ve been locked out, when I need repairs and even when I need an appliance replacement, all done in a timely fashion. My daughter and I have been happy with all of great customer service!!

The staff is amazing and very helpful. I love the ladies at the front office and how helpful the maintenace are. Very welcoming. So close to all amenities.

I have lived here for a year. And the property manager was patient and friendly. -1 star for messy yards, because a large amount of children leaved their toys on the grass.

Pleasantview is my home i live here since 2009 and i hve no problem since then. Management is super and very accommodating. Recently i ask the maintenance to repair my cupboards and replace my faucets and they did excellent works. Thank you to Maria the Manager who’s always ask what needs to be done and to the maintenance people too.

We are a new family moving to Edmonton so we are really worried about finding our home from overseas. But Ms. Maria was very helpful and understanding. She patiently answered all our queries and is always within reach. She was transparent and would always give us options we can choose from. We were able to finalize everything before arriving. It was just a smooth and easy transaction. The maintenance team also took care of our deliveries so our furniture were already inside the house when we arrived. The house was also clean and everyone in the neighborhood were very welcoming. We made the best decision of renting with Midwest Properties in Pleasantview Townhomes.

The Midwest staff at Pleasantview town homes were fantastic right throughout the move in process. They have always been polite and courteous and showed us around, explaining everything about the house. They also explained all parts of the rental agreement so we understood everything. The house is clean, spacious and the location is very convenient. Highly recommend living here.

My wife and I have lived here for about 6 months so far, and we just wanted to share how impressed we are with the management and maintenance team of Pleasantview Townhomes.Right from the get-go, Maggie was incredibly helpful and attentive in onboarding us into the unit. I had never rented before, and never lived in Edmonton, but she walked me through the process step-by-step and made it incredibly easy. So grateful for her professionalism, patience and efforts.I finally had the pleasure of meeting Laura in person this morning, as I usually correspond via email. It was like meeting an old friend, and you can tell that she has a passion for property management and will do whatever she can for her tenants.Also, a big thank you to Jim and Richard on the maintenance team. You guys are fantastic!! So knowledgeable and friendly. Any issues we've had with the unit or with appliances were resolved incredibly quickly. You guys are a pleasure to talk to and a true asset to your team!If anybody is thinking of moving to Edmonton or even looking for a different property to rent in the city, I highly recommend swinging by the Pleasantview Townhomes office at least to discuss some options. We've always felt so welcome here, and that's all due to the great team they have running the property. THANK YOU!!

My family and I have lived here for 4 years, it has been a great place to live. The grounds are kept up and the units are maintained very well. Gloria in the office has always been so helpful with any issue or situation that has come up. We are very grateful for her help and support through the years. We would highly recommend Pleasantview Townhomes.

Although I am living here only for 4 months … however I found the property manager and specially Maggie very very polite and responsible property officer.. I have enjoyed every single bit of being at their Pleasantview townhomes.. if any maintenance request is asked.. they responded very promptly.. this was my first rent home in Edmonton.. it is really nice place for family with kids… i would really give reference of these townhouse if anyone is looking some…
