10/10 service10/10 new cars10/10 EVERYTHING.Not only do they pick you up from the ferry, but they also have AMAZING customer service.Prices are outstanding.They don't try to upsell you or gouge you.They also have an inclusive drop off location with a shuttle to the ferry.Oh, did I mention that if you are running late (thanks Vancouver traffic) and you did not refuel, they only charge for the gas that they put in? No crazy up-charges there like other companies.I found my new favorite means of acquiring transportation while on mainland.

We had an awesome experience with an unexpected rental. Our vehicles broke down while on vacation and despite the scarcity of vehicles for rental at the time they were able to get us one at a very reasonable rate. He initially had no cars available but said he'd call us if there was any cancellations which remarkably did happen. Top notch customer support and no high pressure insurance push. The best experience I've ever had renting a vehicle!

David is the nicest person I have ever met. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. The whole process was straightforward and stress free. He even picked us up from the Tsawwassen ferry. Rate is also reasonable. Would definitely recommend this boutique rental service to anyone who needs a rental.

David from Delta Car Rentals was so lovely. He picked me up and dropped me off at the ferry, and was very flexible to my schedule. He provided a cheerful tour of Delta as we drove around. As I left town in the rental, he had me follow him in another vehicle to the highway to ensure I took the best route to my destination.The website can be glitchy when booking but it's worth it to give them a call and get your rental car scheduled. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Possibly one of the best car rental experiences we have ever had!!! David was incredibly courteous, professional and kind. The whole process of reserving a car right up until drop-off was effortless due to how well things were communicated with us.In addition, they were more than accommodating when we asked if it would be possible to pick up our car a few hours earlier than when we reserved it (due to issues with BC ferry we had to get on an earlier ferry than originally planned). Not only did David accommodate our request but he even came to pick us up at the Tsawwassen ferry terminal free of charge!We were truly blown away by this company's stellar customer service :) Special thanks to David for making our trip to BC so memorable. 1000% recommended!!

Had such an amazing experience with them from start to finish!! They were so flexible and willing to accommodate whatever I needed. They picked me up from Tswassan terminal, it was very easy to find the driver and it was a quick ride to their office. Picking up the car was fast and hassle free! I had to make a couple last minute changes to my reservation and they were so accommodating and made everything very easy for me.The vehicle was great, very clean and no issues. I will definitely use them again on my next visit and would 100% recommend to anyone!

Zero stars. You reserve online, never hear back but then get an email one hour before pick up saying they have no cars available and recommend you get a taxi to the airport to collect a vehicle there… so unprofessional. Clearly no care for customer service or attracting business. This ended up adding 2 hours to our journey.

We tried renting two cars for our family trip to Vancouver and confirmed with this company prior. On the day of our trip, we got on a ferry that was (only) one hour early and called to see if we could access the cars earlier (there was no expectation but we called just to see if it were possible). The person on the phone was extremely rude and said that the cars were not ready (an hour before we were supposed to pick them up). We said we could wait and tried following up with them after the first phone call and they said they only had one car ready and then said they did not want to do business with us, for no reason. Extremely unprofessional service and they expected cash only which threw me off as well. Don’t book with this company if you want reliability. My 78 y/o grandmother had to carry her luggage around as we had to take public transportation to our destination. Terrible experience with Delta Car Rentals.
