The representative that waited on me was very helpful...she explained to me everything that she was doing. Very patient with my questions and concerns. She has a great attitude in dealing with the public. Will definitely keep Telus as my cellular provider. Its representatives like the young lady that looked after me, that makes ll the difference in how I view the company providing a service. This young lady deserves a raise.

Worst Customer service ever, in store and over the phone. I will be leaving telus as soon as possible and never using them again. Sadly I have to give at least 1 star. I would prefer to give none.
