QUALITY BRAS BUT POOR SERVICEThey have good quality bras but a small selection. They didn't have my size in the bra I chose so they ordered it in telling me it would take maximum 2-4 weeks. Five weeks passed and no communication from them. I called and they said another week. Another 3 weeks passed and I called again only to have them tell me that it could be a few more weeks. The bras are most definitely not worth a 3 month wait. Ended up cancelling my order after waiting almost 8 weeks.I understand shipping delays but the company should be reaching out to give updates when things are delayed, especially delayed by 4+ weeks. Extremely disappointment in their service. Would not shop here again.**The company's reply claims they contacted me at the 4 week mark. This is completely FALSE. I called them after zero communication and that is the only communication that happened. I was told on the last phone call it would be a few more weeks so the fact that it's coming in next week is brand new information.

Very eloquent store. Sales associates are extremely helpful & know how to measure you for a bra. I had a Wonderful time! Thank you Chelsea.

Shopping at BraBar gives me peace of mind. I know that I can trust the staff to always find my perfect fit. I am a rare size that you can’t find in most retail shops. (32JJ) And I have tried online stores and followed measurements but I can never get a perfect fit.

Can’t say enough good things about my experience here!I’m a person who struggles to shop for bras because I fall outside the typical size range sold in most stores, but I was actually able to find things that fit well and looked great at the Bra Bar.The fantastic sales associate, Sarah, gave me instructions on how to determine a good fit, and provided feedback on why certain styles worked better than others. Sarah was professional and knowledgeable, and helped make me comfortable in what I was certain would be an awkward experience.

March 2023I loved this place. The large size that I wear is either hard to find or expensive. I bought two here, $62 and $70. Both great prices.Lovely store. When you walk in, you remove your shoes, and they set you up with a sales associate so that you have a personal experience. I was guided to a dressing room, and the associate came right away to enquire what I was looking for. No measurements were taken, she simply looked at me to determine my size. Only two different sizes were tried on, and she was excellent at predicting my size.I am not a shopper, so this entire process was wonderful.Nice store, great staff, a cozy welcoming environment, and a fast in and out process.

I was nervous going into my first fitting, but Chelsea made me feel instantly comfortable and at ease. Very professional and knowledgeable. She presented me with many options in my price range under $100. Left wanting to cry happy tears after finally finding proper fitting garments to give me confidence!

She made me feel fat. I attended their store Jan 8/22 at 2pm excited at the prospect of finally getting a proper fitting bra. First of all fell in the snow piled up across the curb because they have not cleared the snow for customers to access the store. She made me feel fat. As if I don't already have a complex since my injury and surgery. Apparently I am a 40C according to her. I asked for some padding and a wider shoulder strap for comfort on my injured shoulder. Style or price to me was not relevant because I needed comfort for my injury and post surgery. Seemed pretty basic. After all they are a bra store. After bringing me two super tight horrible bras with no padding and skinny straps, she told me that they didn't have anything big enough for me" and suggested I go to Pennington's. Horrible experience. I will never go back and don't recommend any bigger girls visit their shop either. I left sad and feeling worse about myself than when I went in. As a specialized boutique
