Very friendly people, great customer service. My inspection was done in a very timely manner.

Some of the mechanics miss on little things that you'd expect them ti knoe since it's a safety check center. But very nice service at the front desk!

The staff were friendly, however the report provided was not in my first language and they neglected to inform me that due to a minor issue being discovered with my vehicle it needed to be repaired in 48 hrs or it would be rendered undriveable. The staff needs to take more care to ensure customers fully understand the repercussions of their inspection.

By far one of the worst experiences I've had. I do not recommend to use this certi-centre. Upon arrival, I waited over two hours to have my car verified. Upon completion, I was told I had a lot of reparations to do. I have these reparations done (which cost me over 2000$). Once I returned to get re-tested, the mechanic failed my car a second time . Except this time it was because the mechanic admitted he had missed something on the first inspection. Due to the incompetency of this mechanic, I was forced to take another day off work and bring my car back to my garage in order to do the recommended reparations.This isn't even the worst part.... My own garage called me and told me that the reparations the certi-centre recommended weren't even needed. That the car was safe and had no mechanical issues.Now I am to do a third safety check and hope that they did not forget" other reparations. This garage will literally fail you over a burnt light bulb. You're better off buying a new car because this is what they expect ."

Absolutely excellent service!!! Certi-Centre was informative over the phone the day before, answering all my questions.Walking in the door you are greeted with a smile and a very friendly approach :) The vehicle was ready in a couple of hours!
