Carter's - OshKosh B'gosh

Always friendly and helpful staff, always find what I'm looking for and always great deals. But most importantly, the quality of clothing is great and that's what keeps me coming back. Is there an adult version of this store somewhere?

Love the clothes but won't shop at the Winnipeg Kenaston location ever again. The staff are very rude and more interested in getting off work than helping customers. We arrived at 5:25 pm and started browsing. 2 staff members at the front door were talking very loudly about how it was almost closing time and that they didn't care how many people were still in the store at closing time. They were kicking them out and all leaving on time together. One of the staff went to the back and turned off the overhead music at 10 minutes to 6 and the other girl yelled out across the floor what a good idea that was. Door girl then called out to her that she had locked the door. It wasn't even 6 on yet. We purchased items and left before closing time. On my exit I told the girl at the door that she wouldn't have to kick me out because I was leaving on time.This was only the store's first or second day open after being closed for 2 months due to COVID.

Very impressed. Sales associate were super helpful with processing my online return+ they were helpful when I needed to locate some items. Would definately return over and over! 10/10

I tried to hold off on writing such a negative review, but this is now the 2nd time I've left the store and put everything back and immediately walked out because of the staff. The first time, a staff member was visibly annoyed that I brought my kids... into a kids store....imagine that...they weren't acting out or anything, I even had my mom with me to make sure they weren't being disruptive. Anytime I would ask the staff member a question she'd sigh and generally point into the direction that it could be. Quite honestly, she looked miserable and I felt bad for asking her any sort of questions. Today, I went in asking, what I thought was a reasonable question, about winter gear, I was greeted with attitude and essentially told that I should have known that the sale already happened a few weeks back, and that next time I should check online to know when the sales are. First of all, a lot of the times, the online sales are different than the stores, second, I haven't been to Carters in a VERY long time because of my other experience mentioned. As you may have guessed, I put the winter gear down and promptly left saying I'd shop elsewhere. Ended up finding what I needed elsewhere, with much friendlier staff.

I called the store on Kenaston to ask if they had a certain boot in my child’s size. The sales associate named Stephanie answered and she was horribly rude. No way to speak to a customer at all. I will certainly not shop at this location. The store in Unicity is staffed with incredibly friendly wonderful people. Go there instead!

We've been twice during this pregnancy just to pick up some basics..Store is clean and never too busy with decent selectionBoth times we visited this location customers before and after us were all asked about their account or if they would like to start one...but we never have been asked...You'd think a VERY visibly pregnant person would be asked about her account. Will likely not visit this location again...the Westwood location is far more friendly and always asks about our account
