Worst customer experience ever. Halfway through an automated touchless car wash, it jammed and shutdown. I got out of my car and tried to report the problem to the attendant. She immediately started yelling at me, blamed me for hitting the machine (I had tried to gently nudge the boom once to see it I could unstick it after it jammed), and refused a refund. I asked for the owner and was treated to more verbal abuse from her while other customers in line for the car wash fumed. She kept shouting to other customers that the “monsieur” had hit the machine.I usually love to support local businesses but this embarrassing and traumatic experience was beyond the pale. I’ve never seen such an aggressive response to such a minor and easily resolved issue — in the end the owner did some checks and the unit seemed to restart no problem. Avoid this place at all costs.

CAR WASH: either closed or 12 cars in line. Tried several days, then asked for a refund... they don't like giving refunds and seem to thinks it's ok to be unprofessional about it because they're giving you money. (they didn't like it when I asked them why they were giving me a hard time)I gave 5 stars because it's the highest my heart rate has been since the rinks were closed

Fast service but it doesn't offer hand sanitizer

If you plan on making a order through Uber with them, don’t, because what they’ll do is cancel your order for no reason, even though they are still open. I then tried contacting them but no one answered

Bought a car wash in the early afternoon, it was too busy so I left and came back at night and after I drove in, it stopped working and the black lady with short hair at the cash asked me to drive outside and come back the following day since I didn’t buy on her shift. After arguing back and forth she thru me a new code on the counter and walked away, poor customer service but at least didn’t have to come back the following day as she suggested.

I always go here since it's one of the few gas stations that USUALLY has a working tap payment" outside at the pump.The last 2 times I went

Nice affordable car wash sometimes a line though

Came for a car wash, ended up with 2100$ in damage. Owner not willing to accept any responsibility.

Pumps are always out of order, out of gas, or not able to accept cards. Seriously. If something is broke, please fix it.

The car wash here is good and usually available without a too much wait. It loses a star because they removed their loyalty card
