Taimoor and Chris at the source at Vaughan mills, were both very nice and extremely knowledgeable. I switched from an android to Apple and they helped to make the process very easy. First time purchasing a phone and apple watch from the source. Excellent customer service.

I had a great experience with The Source at Vaughan Mills. Went in to get a new phone as my old one had started to glitch. They were able to help find a phone plan that worked for me and my needs. Sanaz in particular was fantastic! When things were not up to date with my phone plan, she was very responsive in following up and attending to my specific needs. Got me a great deal and helped ensure that things had followed through with her backup team. Highly recommend her help!

This location has one star for a reason,I called in because I want to inquire about the Nintendo switch bundle that was online and said that it was in store only. I spoke to Sachi who said that they had it in stock. We drove an hour and 20 minutes to be told that they didn't have it and that she tried to call me to tell me afterwards. The funny thing is I never recieved a call because if I did, I would have heard it ringing since my phone is connected to my car radio. Next time they should double check the inquiry before saying yes and then lie about it so people don't drive from far away for nothing.

I walked into The Source very intimidated not being very tech savvy. Christian greeted me straight away. He was very patient asking me questions to better understand what my needs were. On my way out, Christian told me to call the store if I needed any help setting up the item at home. Well, I did call just a few days later and in just a few minutes, Christian was able to help.Amazing customer service and will definitely recommend to friends.
