Linda was incredibly helpful and instrumental in helping me find the perfect porcelain for my kitchen counter. She listened and carefully observed the sample swatches of other elements in my room then took me to the perfect porcelain slab. She was also very responsive to all my queries I sent via email. She is a true delight to work with. I was very impressed with the many options they carry.

Beautiful showroom with a fantastic selection of stone, tiles and wood. A thoughtfully curated collection of pieces you won't find elsewhere - not your average selection! Helpful, knowledgeable sales people. Worth a visit if you're looking for something unique for a design/project.

Friendly staff, lots of choices for tiles and some wood flooring options. Has parking at the front and also a countertop show room.

Stone Tile brought me the Greatest disappointment of my life!In February 2021, I purchased Delight black Marquis tiles and Triangle glass reflection tiles.Some of the Black tiles I had purchased were defected.To make a long story short, I e-mailed Bill Wright, representative. Bill was unprofessional, unfriendly and rude. Bill had no customer service and was totally un relatable. I offered to resolve the issues with Bill Wright, who indicated that the defect of the tiles was a manufacturer defect and to date still no firm solution for a refund of the defective tiles. I've called and left messages; I e-mailed the people above Bill but just like Bill Wright they too avoided my issues of selling me defected tiles. Terrible experience!Furthermore, it’s the end of the year December 27th to be exact! Someone from Stone tile responded to this review saying they were “sorry” and would make it right…Absolutely NO assistance or even an act of kindness. Just insincere, non productive individuals.

Staff are friendly and try to be helpful but are unorganized and either use outdated systems or do not know how to use them effectively. Commercial ordering; not related to main showroom but I couldn't find another place to post the review.

This is a great place to visit to see the huge variety of tiles in different colors and sizes.It felt like a tile museum. Beautifully displayed!The challenge for me was, the prices were not on display and I couldn't find anyone to help me with that.

terrible customer service. you won't find people more rude than the reception staff in this place. They all look miserable and obviously hate being there.

I purchased 1535 sq ft of Betontech White tile, the tile I received has a green tinge, looks awful and the company will not take it back , nastycustomer service

Great experience working with the team at Stone Tile. A big thank you to Elizabeth for her help and guidance through the process. She helped us pick out tiles that fit our style and matched our budget. And when we ran short (math problems!), the customer service team was there to help right away.

I am someone who never writes reviews but the service we received from Stone Tile was so abhorrent that I feel compelled to do so. We visited the showroom and selected Calacatta marble and porcelain tile which seemed simple enough. However, what we received was an entirely different marble altogether. Thankfully, we had saved the sample of what we were supposed to receive (see image attached). After a great amount of back and forth and Stone Tile patronizing us by explaining that natural tiles have some degree variation (this is not a matter of natural variation, this is an entirely different stone altogether), we were finally given the opportunity to do an exchange that delayed our renovation by several weeks. Throughout the entire exchange process Ezio Crimi was not only rude and unprofessional but incredibly unresponsive. They'll blame COVID, but I blame their incompetence and general disregard for their customers. Now we are waiting for our porcelain tile which has further delayed our renovations and they will not so much as give us a time frame of when we can expect the remainder of our order. Please avoid this company at all costs!
