We took our Ford Edge to Smart Wheels Auto Centre due to the engine light being on. After three trips back to the mechanic the engine light continued to come on even after we paid for a number of repairs. We ended up taking it to another mechanic who fixed the issue in five minutes and didn't charge us. I would not recommend this place.

We have just recently bought a GMC Savana 6.0 from the best dealership we have ever dealt with. Mr. Bobby Taylor is a true man of his word, explained everything thoroughly and gave my father and I a piece of mind. Really made us feel like part of the family. Do not buy from here. Absolute worst experience I have ever had dealing with a used car company. This is your typical sleazy used car dealer and they will absolutely try to take advantage of you and are full of dirty tricks. No one knows what’s going on, they run a shoddy, disorganized business. The car I bought from them didn’t even last two months before becoming inoperable and needing several thousand dollars worth of work to get back on the road. They are shady and own the mechanic shop next door that certifies the vehicles they sell, which is a huge red flag. That girl in the office is rude and unorganized, and can’t even do basic things like holding on to old parts, which they are required to do, or keeping track of invoices. They did not disclose the information they are legally required to, such as any alterations to the vehicle (aftermarket parts). I took the vehicle to a real reputable mechanic to get it diagnosed after the engine misfired and they argued with all of the findings, blaming me For the damage. They do not care about their customers, they only care about making money. I only brought the car back to them for repairs because they said they would give me the parts at cost, then they’d lie about what the parts really cost and mark them up anyways to make money. Just because actions are not specifically illegal doesn’t mean they are ethical or a moral way to operate your business. This place is a typical sleazy dealership. Get everything in writing and remember that they are not there to help you, they can tell you whatever they want verbally but will wiggle out of agreements like greasy snakes unless you have it in writing. You have been warned
