I have worked alongside Metric Stone before and they are great installers and have exceptional materials. Grace is very kind and helpful, she has many types to choose from and her own exclusive stone.I believe the negative reviews aren't accurate to guage Metric Stone Ltd. One person wrote I have seen way better quality at way lower prices elsewhere". That seems odd. Why would they use Metric Stone if they are 'inferior and more expensive.' I think that reviewers decision making is 1 star lol"

Very happy with Grace and her team! She was highly recommended by our contractor and I can definitely see why. Communication was easy and Grace was always very responsive if we have any questions or concerns. She even called after project completion to see if we are happy with the final product. It really shows she cares! I am thoroughly impressed by her team as well, they seem like they have a very collaborative work atmosphere and everyone is very willing to help. We are very happy with the final product and highly recommend getting not just quartz countertop but quartz backsplash. The quartz backsplash really elevates the whole look! 1. was told I'd get the piece for my island but when it was too late, we couldn't get the size.2. Laundry sink backsplash installed is too thick so my faucet had to be installed with handle facing forward in order to function.3. Bathroom sink cut out was off. One side lines up while other side has a big overlap. And one picture shows the faucet was cut out correct but the sink cut out was too small.4. Kitchen sink hole cut out was off. The guy cutting it said he cut it based on the joint but the joint is not the center of the sink. Either way, you messed it up and everyone who uses the sink notices.6. Installers had the quarts hit the laminate flooring and caused a small dent but a dent none the less.5. Lastly, the edge of the countertop was not sanded. It remains a sharp edge that we hope our kids don't ever get near.

I would definitely recommend Metric stone to anyone who is starting a new project. Grace and her team helped with our new house and were very accommodating throughout the process. They were very quick with installation and prices are reasonable. There was a misunderstanding with one of the cooktop measurements but Grace’s team handled it very professionally and got it changed very promptly. They did an amazing job with all the countertops and backsplashes but would recommend to make sure you communicate all changes with their team thoroughly as some information did get mixed along the way. Overall I would highly recommend them.

The customer service was exceptional and they had no problem sourcing the material I needed for my project.Will definitely be doing business with this team again.

Definitely recommend this place for your counter top needs. I had a small job and not many suppliers were interested, but Grace took my job and did whatever she could to meet my expectations. Her price were very reasonable and competitive. I giver her a big thumbs up for her genuine care of customer needs and professionalism. I would go back to her again for my future counter top needs.

I used Metric stone through my builder and had to say Grace was fantastic. I picked my slab and they came to measure and install it for me. I would highly recommend and use them again.

They completed my counter tops during last Saturday. All staff (including Grace) provided me a great service and they done the job well. Their office Administrator (Manpreet) is wonderful as she always updated me the progress of the work. Their prices are very reasonable and quality of work is great.
