Asked for a quote over a month ago to weatherstrip and inspect multiple bay doors for any needed repairs, they sent someone up to take a look and we’re supposed to send me an estimate. A few weeks go by I phone to remind them they assured me they would get back to me. Just called almost 2 weeks later again and they tell me that they decided with their competitor who was going to do the job for me like it’s not my decision? Then the next thing they tell me was that l they are too busy and can’t do it anyway. Why send someone to look at a job you don’t have time to do anyways

The product itself could be of a good quality but the female manager is very rude and unprofessional. In times of a tough economy anybody who walks through your door should be welcomed in a respectful, caring and courteous manner - a fundamental value of running a successful business; Plenty of other door specialists in town.

I was In a bind phoning every garage door place I could find looking for some door parts. There is a shortage and it's hard to find a lot of things. Finally these folks called back and were able to help me. Drove to Lloyd the next day and they were beyond helpful. Gave me an extra manual and took the time to answer some questions. A+ service.
