Easy to use, good leisure bikes. Wasn’t able to choose alternate location for drop off using app.

Very easy experience - just download the app and you're off! [I suggest downloading it before you arrive (at Smuggler's Cove, anyway) since the wireless coverage there is spotty].

Poor data reception in the area. Had difficulty maintaining a connection to lock up bike. Tried calling the number and got voice mail.

Easy to use, you need phone with internet connection, credit card, enjoy your ride, little bit expensive!

Great bikes for rent at affordable cost. Seamless way to rent a bike . It cost around 8 CAD per hour. Can rent up to 4 bikes per device. Download the app , register then scan the QR code. This location is great to look around on bike .

We downloaded the app, asked friends to drop us off at Niagara on the lake, and tried to get the bikes. After five tries we called the office and they told us that it doesn't work for Android phones. Too bad, nothing they could do, except have us rent bikesa competitor who charges 20 dollars extra.We were extra disappointed because they could have warned us through the app. More we were stranded in Niagara at the lake with no transport... Not impressed!Update: The reply below is not accurate, they did not offer complementary pick up. I don't know whether it was their main store. At the time of writing, there was no message that Android did not work. I don't know why they are answering half a year later with so much inaccurate detail. Still not impressed.

Great place to rent a bike with a fair amount of free parking. Renting the bike over your phone is very simple. To return the bike you have to manually drive the locking pin at the rear tire using the black notch which was fairly explanatory. The trails available offer plenty of sights over the lake and passes over Fort George. Perfect for a nice stroll for tourists families.

Seemless biking experience. Everything from pick up to drop off was convenient and easy to understand. The cruiser bikes with 3 gears are very comfortable for rides along the trail. At $7/hour you cannot go wrong.
