6/14/23 Our computer was acting up and required a good examination. We googled several computer repair businesses and chose SNAPPY TECHS for several reasons. First off, the company's name resonated - upbeat with a positive vibe. Upon visiting their shop, we encountered beautiful, peaceful music playing in the lobby. That set the tone for what was to come.Once inside, we met, Charles, who looked after us with his patient, gentle, professional expertise. He took the time to answer all of our questions and to offer good suggestions. We knew we were leaving our computer in good hands. Three hours later, it had been overhauled, cleaned up, virus free and ready to go. Excellent, first class service. Thank you Charles! Glen and Trudy St John

Charles was excellent at repairing my Dell XPS 13 laptop battery. I was very close to selling it off but decided to give Snappy Tech a shot. Best decision ! It has been working great with a new affordable battery. You can't go wrong with Charles. He knows his tech and provides genuinely great service for an exceptional price.

NOT SPAM, google. The owner wants to erase all the truth.WORST Service!!!!! This is my personal experience. The service is the worst and the manager CHARLES is IMPOLITE. I sent my laptop to Snappy Techs for fixing Beeps and the blank screen issue. The reason why I come to this store because there have 4.3 star on the google. I went to the store on Jan 14th, the employee said that they can fix the problem within two weeks. After that , I never received updated information from them since then, and they are not reachable at all. I had to walk in their store every time I want to check the repairing status. I have been patient enough for waiting them for more than 2 month. Not only they didn't even fixed the original problem, there are further damage on my laptop physically (SCRATCHES, KEYBOARDS FALLING OFF, COVER DOESN'T CLOSE, CHARGER LOST).DON'T EVER GO TO THIS STOREIf someone read this review and still want to go to this store, I just want to give some suggestions: WHEN YOU FIX SOMETHING in Snappy techs, TAKE PICTURES of your devices BEFORE YOU LEFT THE STORE. Don't ask me why, cause the manager CHARLES gonna play with you. The First Pictures, I took at home before I went to the store.

The service was amazing! My battery was giving me issues and Charles fixed it and also cleaned the device. He was very personable and helpful. Would definitely recommend going to Snappy Techs if you are facing issues with your device!

Best laptop service I've ever had. In all honesty, I was so nervous to take my laptop somewhere besides Apple or Best Buy, but after reading the reviews I decided to give Snappy Techs a try. Charles was able to look at my laptop a few hours after I first called, and then told me it would be ready on Tuesday at 4:00pm (around 5 days), and at 3:40 on Tuesday he called to tell me it was ready. I have never had this quick of service for such a fair price - it was around half of what Apple had estimated for me. Highly recommend.

Thanks to Charles for the service I received from his store. I bought one of his laptops and he transfered all my documents from my old system to the new one at no charge.The location is also great with added bonus of free parking.I met Charles for the first time, but he received me with open hands and very professional. I recommend him to anyone looking to fix their electronics.

my cat spilt about a liter of water directly onto my 2022 MacBook pro. apple told me $1600 to fix it (the price of a new computer). another shop told me ~$1200. snappy techs fixed it for less than $800. everything works great and all my data was restored. great costumer service too! i was initially skeptical but they are the real deal! Amazing!

As soon I drop off my gaming PC. Charles is superman, the miracle worker! He got mine to work in 1 day of waiting.I would give it 100 percent rate. When I picked up my pc. Charles patience enough to gone through the procedure. whats the cause of the problems. easy to negotiate. Definitely go here as my main repair shop. I encourage people to give Snappy Tech a try. The owner is very kind, responsive and professional! They're my go to for computer issues. I was struggling to find somewhere to repair my laptop screens - other stores either couldn't do it or they wouldn't even pick up the phone. My laptop was repaired in a day! Would really recommend going here

I’ve brought my laptop to them about a year ago because it had a problem, I couldn’t use it at all. Unfortunately, they had to order a new part but they gave me a temporary laptop so I can keep on working. I paid a required price for an exceptional service and my laptop was even deliver in person at my house because of Covid restrictions at the time. It was really nice to see a young entrepreneur running a small business the way he did, it’s difficult because you have to do more with less.Anyway, if you’re device is broken, I strongly suggest that you start with them for an estimation before going anywhere else. After that, you can make up your mind and apply your own judgment.
