I had to buy flower bouquets last minute because the shop we pre-ordered from had absolutely terrible service. These were important bouquets for friends’ birthdays. The store owner was so nice. She gave me great suggestions and was so accommodating. I ended up with two amazing floral arrangements and the price was more fair. The store owner did not charge me extra even though I needed the flowers the day of. I would highly recommend her. Amazing customer service, amazing taste. What more can one ask for?

Afarin was such a pleasure to deal with! We ordered bouquets over the phone from Calgary for our family in Richmond and the whole process was seamless. The bouquets she created were beautiful and delivered right on time. The prices were also very reasonable. I will definitely come back for any future orders. Highly recommend!!

Is there an expression beyond amazing? Because that's what I got with both the bouquet and service at Forget Me Not. I ordered a day ahead and picked up today. I ordered the florist choice seasonal flower design and the final product was stunning. Words cannot express the joy that this brought to me and my mother that I gave it to for her birthday. Forget Me Not is now my go to place for beautiful flower designs.

Florist was very informative, letting me know which combinations of flower types and arrangements would look best together! She was also very accommodating and able to put together an amazing bouquet suitable for my budget on the spot!

Went in for some flowers last minute, 30 mins before the shop was closing, and the owner was still able to create a custom bouquet. She inquired what colours I wanted and price range. I asked for warm neutrals + pops of purple and around $50. The bouquet turned out beautifully. Will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful service. I went at around noon yesterday and the lady who helped me was very friendly and helpful. It was my first time buying flowers and didn't know where to start but she really helped me through the process from the budget, selecting the main colour/s, and event that it was for. I let her decide which flowers looked good together and I was really happy with the selection! She did a wonderful job and I was half tempted to keep the bouquet for myself. Since I was going to give the bouquet in the evening, she also poured water into the bottom of the bouquet to keep them fresh. Hours later before the evening, the purple tulips started blooming! The flowers were still in very good condition in the evening.The flowers were for my partner's mother as she had a dance performance last night and she loved them. Thank you again.

Preordered a custom bouquet over the phone for pick up on the day before Mother’s Day. Afarin was more than accomodating with my budget, colour theme, and specific flower requests and they’re even responsive on Instagram.When I got there, they couldn’t find my order and realized they had put it under pick up for the next day so the bouquet wasn’t ready. I’m not sure who really was at fault, maybe I wasn’t clear enough on the pick up date over the phone, but this is understandable as it’s the busiest occasion of the year. I even had to try calling a few times since the phone line was busy so I know they were also very busy! But Afarin was quick to accept fault and she offered to make me a bouquet on the spot.It came out absolutely stunning, more beautiful than I had hoped for! The bouquet did not look rushed at all and I was still in and out within 20 minutes despite there being a line. She clearly has a great eye and the quality of the flowers was fantastic, a great combination of buds and blooms. The bouquet came with flower food and a sturdy cardboard holder and was beautifully wrapped in tissue. I think a great business isn’t one that doesn’t make mistakes but one that can accept fault and resolve any issues effectively. Customer service is next level and I’ll definitely be back for all my flower needs.
