The Cynthia Ostos Team is unlike any other team I have worked with or seen in action. I have been in real estate for many years and naturally have seen a lot of teams in action. My immediate family listed an investment property with Cynthia (Listing Specialist) and had it sold within 1 day on the market for well-over asking and beyond what market suggested we could obtain. When dealing with family, you want to make sure someone you trust is looking after them as its a reflection of you. This listing was difficult from beginning to end, with many obstacles involved.
